Dr. Lam is a great optometrist. He answered all of my question and made my trip easy and pleasant. I did not feel any pressure from other optometrist and will definitely be coming back. The staff were very helpful from beginning to end. They helped me check-in and processed my paperwork with ease. They also explained the rates and costs of frames and eye exam. The main thing the staff did was explain which frames I should get. I never realized square frames look better on people who have oval shaped faces.

Dr. Lam listened to my concerns by suggesting I use the night lens (Ortho K) to correct my eyes so I can go swimming lens-free during the day. I am so happy to have this alternative. Not only is he a great doctor, he also has great office staff. Robert and Kimberly are always very professional, pleasant, and helpful. I feel very comfortable going to this office. I highly recommend this office.

My kids love Dr. Lam and the staff at MPO. They helped walk my kids through receiving their first pair of glasses and helped pick out really cute frames that accentuates their eyes. They felt really comfortable with Dr. Lam and he answered all my numerous questions patiently. They have a great selection of frames, contacts ( love my bifocal lenses Dr. Lam suggested), and designer sunglasses.

I came here for my yearly eye exam and the doctor and the staff were super helpful. Dr. Lam is professional and quite knowledgeable, he even broke down what a stigmatism is (I have 2 =) using visuals. The staff was extremely helpful and helped me pick out glasses that fit my face. Accepts most insurance too.

Love my new Ray-Ban Clubmaster glasses from MPO! The service was excellent, Robert was funny and thoughtful and he took a lot of time to help me choose out my frames. There is not a big selection of frames, and the store may be closed unannounced without any explanation. The sales person kept pushing for upgrades and coatings.
