The friendly staff, clean location, kind doctors and great selection of frames are already a great reason to come. But I have a story today that will make me want this place to be my eye doctor for life!! Ive worn glasses almost my entire life! In my many years of glasses wearing Ive broken a frame or two or three or five... Mostly this happened when I was younger and each time they broke wed go back to our local eye doctor and see if they could help. Nope. No help. No way. Just gotta get new glasses out of pocket... So when I accidentally broke my frames last night for the first time in 15 years I was in tears. I just got this pair, they were super cute and I did pay extra from my insurance for the cute frames. I knew that there was no helping it and Id have to go get a totally new pair and have to pay out of pocket. I was inconsolable and very upset the entire night and ended up crying myself to sleep knowing im out $300+ bucks on a new pair outside of my insurance. (If you didnt know glasses were expensive, youve never bought them without insurance before...) In the morning my boyfriend convinced me to go see the doctor, to ask if they could do anything. I knew it was a pointless task, but I decided to go anyways. MAYBE, just MAYBE they could fix the hinge or something for me. I walk in and the kind receptionist was already sympathetic to my glasses being destroyed. But she did something Ive NEVER SEEN BEFORE IN MY 20+ years of wearing glasses... She looked up my account, saw the frames and lenses were new and simply popped the lenses out, went to grab the same frames from the back, popped them back in and gave me my glasses back, with brand new frames!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It took not even 5 minutes for me to go from utter despair to complete and ridiculous happiness! She kindly explained that they offer this as a service to their patients, that they cant do it for all frames, but when they can, they understand that accidents happen!! For a fact, they lose money doing this! These brand name frames dont simply offer replacements cause im too stupid to not step on my glasses late at night. They only offer replacements for factory defects, which are impossible to prove. For them to go out of their way to offer this service meant the world to me! Of course this doesnt mean you can get glasses, break them in a week and get a replacement each time. Im sure its special circumstances and depends entirely on their stock and the cost of the frame. But this kind of service is going above and beyond! Ive never walked away to happy from my optometrist before in my life! Thank you so much again!!

Dr. Shah and his staff have proven to me that service matters. From the time I arrived to the time I left his clinic it was a very pleasant experience. The friendly greeting that his staff has given me when I walked in. Even though the wait was less than 5 minutes the staff was so friendly and talkative it felt like seconds. Once I was in the examine room Dr. Shah came in with friendly smile and greeted me. Ask me how my vision is and if there is anything he should know. I been to other optometrist and they just get it started with the exam. No time to ask the patient. Not Dr. Shah. He listens and cares about your vision needs. It is very hard to find these days. After the exam he personally shows you the glasses base on your budget. No sales person here. Here to service you. Trust me he is a winner in my books. If you dont believe me please go there and experience it yourself.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Shah for years and I am really grateful to have him as my optometrist. I used to dread getting my eyes checked and was never happy with the service. However Dr. Shah is very approachable and made me feel very comfortable. It amazes me that he always remembers our conversation from previous visit and never forgets to ask after my family. I know I can always go back to him if I am not happy with my glasses or contacts. Hes been very patient with me recommending different brands of contacts that would suit me better and his staff has spend multiple hours with me over the years to help me choose the best frame for my glasses.

I would like to sincerely endorse my five-star optometrist: Bob Frohn. I don’t recall exactly how we met (after all, it was over 40 years ago) but I have been his patient ever since. He is thoroughly knowledgeable and professional and has the latest state-of-art equipment. The office staff and environment are very pleasant and there is a multitude of glasses/frames to choose from. After occasional shopping around I also found out that his prices are more than competitive. Parking is easy. Finally, his prescription diagnoses have been more accurate than my ophthalmologist’s.

Several years ago I had computer glasses done through Costco and I needed a new pair after having finally broken the other pair (plus age has made my needs for magnification greater). While Costco certainly was cheaper, I felt like the optometrist was just churning through his list - herd em up, move em out. By contrast, Dr. Shah spent quite a bit of time getting the prescription just right and guiding me on frames that would hold up. He stayed within my budget and wasnt just focused on getting through his list on schedule. Loving the new glasses and recommend this business.

I have been to Dr. Shah and Dr. Frohn Optometry three times and my experience has been very pleasant each time. The staff working there have been very friendly and helpful. I remember going there to try on contacts for the first time, which took me quite some time to get on, but the staff never rushed me but instead kept giving me different tips to get them in, they were very patient with me. I never had to wait very long for my appointments and it was a breeze to get in-and-out and on with the rest of my day.

Dr. Shah and his staff are very friendly and informative. What I appreciated the most is the time he took to educate me on my options. I did not feel as though he was pushing me in any one direction but was allowing me to make an informed decision. I had pondered about undergoing the costly procedure of lasik surgery and he was very helpful in teaching me the pros and cons. The other great perk for me was the convenient location and parking lot in the back, it definitely is a time saver!

Was in the market for a new pair of glasses, plus I needed to get a new exam. The staff were all extremely polite and friendly. There wasnt hardly any wait for the time that I went. The doctor was really funny and super professional. Answered all my questions and even helped me pick out some really nice frames. I highly recommend this optometrist to anyone looking for one. Super top notch!

I was referred to Dr. Shah by my mom a few years ago when my daughter woke up with a red eye. Dr. Shah was able to see her that morning and was very professional and super friendly. Both my daughter and I have both been going to Dr. Shah ever since. Not only is Dr. Shah professional and friendly but so are the staff that works there. . We will definitely be long term patients.
