I found Star Optometry through a coworker, called the office, and had an appointment within 2 hours. I was greeted warmly upon my arrival, promptly instructed to fill out some simple paperwork, and was seen by Dr. within 10 minutes. He was extremely professional, but also funny and engaging, which made my visit and eye exam a very pleasant experience. His procedure was extremely thorough, and he explained clearly what he was doing at every step. His office also had one of the best selections of new and vintage designer frames that I have ever seen. I couldnt be happier with my experience, and will definitely be visiting them again soon.

Service here is so freaking horrible. First of all I come up to the counter and say I have an appointment okay its fine she gives me a form to fill out. When I finished be girl is doing her makeup. My appointment was at 3 I got here early to get a head start and 3:30 the doctor still hasnt came to see me. I just got an eye check that took like 5 minutes. The workers were unprofessional. Chewing gum, doing makeup, woman brought her kid to work. I had to leave for work so I left and made another appointment. I really hope service improves next week.
