The place is awesome! I had a contact lens exam there. Doctor Vipapan spent an hour with me. And I have worn lens before. Not new to it. He explained everything he was doing. Answered all my questions, and beyond. He told me even more than I asked. He also is very detail oriented. Noticed things that my previous optometrists did not. For example, my left eye is -2.50, but I can not see really clear with such a lens. What would most people think is to go for -2.75. But not in my case. It turned out I have a very small astigmatism (.50), which is not corrected by lens. (they start from .75) To make it shorter, this thing is hard to notice, and Dr. Vipapan was the 1st who got it. He really takes his time when performing an exam. Another thing I like about the office is that Ive never been pushed. Like other places often do, pushing on you to buy this or that. The assistant is great too. I called there the day before an appointment. And she calculated everything, even called to my insurance for me, and made everything as cheap as possible for me. She was really helpful. I like everything about the office. The location is perfect. Its clean. Has a wide variety of frames for reasonable prices. Friendly stuff. You name it. Try them, you will definitely be happy with the service.

I have been wearing glasses for 15 yrs, so im no stranger to optometrists and eye exams. Dr.Vipapan is hands down, the best optometrist I have had in my life. He is very gentle, thorough, and explains everything he does in a digestible ways. He also doesnt pretend to know when he doesnt know. In this age where doctors act like they know everything, thats something I greatly respect. His staffs are also amazing and extremely helpful. I am very indecisive but they were super patient waiting for me to pick out the glasses I want. I have insurance, but lets be honest, eye insurance, covers little to nothing. Mindy did all these different calculations to take advantage of my insurance to minimize my out of pocket cost as much as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone esp those who are actually interested to better understand their eye health.

I needed a quick next-day appointment that was fairly cheap (I didnt have insurance), but also competent. This place fit that description perfectly. They gave me a next day appointment and the total cost was $79. It seems that there is only one doctor here -- Dr. Vipapan. Hes a relaxed Asian man that takes his time to get your prescription right and answer any questions you have. The whole exam took about an hour and I did not feel rushed at all. I had a bad experience at LensCrafters once when they messed up my prescription, so I dont like it when doctors rush through the prescription process. This place had an easy going vibe without any rush and I felt really comfortable.

Couldnt agree more with all the other reviews. Dr. Vipapan is wonderful, as is his staff (Mindy, and the others). Friendly, helpful, detail-oriented, always trying to do what is best for the customer, and not overselling anything. When I had trouble finding a pair of contacts that didnt irritate my eyes, Dr. Vipapan ordered and returned 3 different pairs of contacts--and let me try each one for a few days at a time--until we found the material that suited my eyes. I love these guys.

I had a great experience here. The doctor seemed to really care about getting you the right prescription and getting to to see as clearly as possible. After he was done with his examination he explained all my options, told me which one he suggested, but ultimately let me make the decision. It was a very comforting and comfortable experience. The rest of the staff is stellar as well! It is a very warm and inviting office/practice.

This is one of the FEW doctors that I LOVE going to. Mindy and the front office staff are simply LOVELY. They are personable, yet professional....friendly, yet fierce in getting you the best value for your money. The doc is sooooo kind, gentle and compassionate. He takes his time with me and answers EVERY question thoroughly and addresses every concern. In a word....FABULOUS!!!!!!!!

Bad experience with PRIM. she called me a thing:-( and did not want to help. She and the other asian lady that work there are RUDE. They thought I came in to steal. So sad. I highly recommend going elsewhere for glasses. They have limited selection of high end frames. The ones they have are marked up.

Avoid Dr. Linden and Lens Crafters and go to this guy. He really seems to care about his business and is very honest. No upsell. Saturday hours as well.
