I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN ! FIRST OF ALL, THE EYE EXAM WAS NOT THOROUGH AT ALL... HE WAS DONE WITH ME IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. THE TOOLS & EQUIPMENT WERE ARCHAIC. SECONDLY, I CHOSE A NICE PAIR OF ARMANI EXPRESS FRAMES THEN HAD TO WAIT A LITTLE OVER 2 WEEKS FOR MY GLASSES... OK, HERES WHERE THEY MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF ALL... I ASKED THE GIRL TO ADJUST ONE OF THE ARMS ON THE GLASSES AND SHE HOLDS THEM WITH A HAND AROUND EACH LENS AND TWISTED THEM... SHE Xed THE FRAMES.. IT TOOK EVERY LAST BIT OF CONTROL I HAD NOT TO GRAB HER BY THE THROAT AND CHOKE THE LIVING ¿§#%! /!! OUT OF HER.. SHE SAID "THATS HOW THEY WERE TAUGHT TO ADJUST FRAMES "... THE OPTOMETRIST SAID" YES THATS THE PROPER WAY TO DO IT "... I HAD TO GO, BEFORE I GOT ARRESTED... I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND THEY WOULD DO NOTHING TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE TO MY $200 GLASSES AND ON TOP OF IT ALL, THE PRESCRIPTION WAS WAY WRONG. THEY INSISTED THAT I WASNT THINKING STRAIGHT AND THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS CRAZY... DONT GO TO THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A OPTOMETRIST !!!

I was able to walk in and get a same day appointment with Dr. Pham. He was able to fit me for contacts that allow me to see clearly and fit perfectly. He listed to every question I had and responded accordingly instead of just trying to push me to buy one brand over another. I will definitely be back when it is time to purchase more contacts.

I give this five stars because from the beginning to end my experience was great. Itll be my first set of glasses and Im really excited to get them and start wearing them. Thank you ladies at the front desk for being nice and polite. I told the doctor that I would give him five stars, so here I am :) .

I took my son to see Dr.Pham, he was very kind my son was happy with his contact lens and you can get it in his office it make things easy and the price was reasonable as well I have recommended 3 of my friends my sister and her kids also see Dr.Pham

BEEN COMING TO THIS OFFICE FOR 10+YEARS AND I HAVE NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY. DOCTOR IS GREAT AND STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. ALWAYS SO HELPFUL WITH LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
