I was told this office accepts my insurance. I called and they confirmed they do accept my insurance. I made an appointment. At my appointment I was informed my insurance does not cover a contact lens prescription, which was the purpose of my visit. The offered to do it for almost $100, the same price as my usual optometrist who treats me very well, has a very clean waiting room, and high tech clean equipment. What a waste of a day that could have been avoided if I had been told this information when I made my appointment. No thank you.
