State of the art equipment, scheduling and reminders. Friendly and efficient staff. Not much waiting around when you come to your appointment. Dr. Hopkins is very professional, thorough and yet personable, explaining tests, your results, and your options patiently to the level of detail you need and ask for. My wife and I have been patients for years, and enjoy going there for our exams. Only need off-the shelf readers, so no pressure from the staff to buy any glasses. Highly recommend Dr. Hopkins office and to pay the extra out-of-pocket (insurance doesnt cover it yet) for the no-dilation exam - when you are done, you walk out and are ready for the day. Nice remodeling of the offices, cant wait to see it finished. :O)

Dr. Lisa Hopkins has been my optometrist for many years and she has always been able to get my prescription perfect; which is not easy as it is very strong. (In the past I have had some doctors that have given me glasses that have literally made me sick to my stomach and they have had to re-do them.) My experience going to Dr. Hopkins office has been very pleasant, her staff is professional and pleasant to associate with. I love my glasses and it amazes my how light weight they are and comfortable to wear. Dr. Hopkins was also able to provide me with soft disposable contact lenses!

There are so many reasons I am grateful to have found Dr. Hopkins when my eyesight began changing due to....I will admit, aging. I realized right away that she was thorough, efficient, and personable. I love her clean, modern office and the people who work there. They are always cheerful and helpful. Recently I had trouble with one of my contact lenses and was so relieved that the office was open after 5p.m. and Dr. Hopkins was able to see me and resolve my issue immediately.

I have been going to Dr. Hopkins for years. She uses all the latest equipment and clearly is current in her medical reading, as she is always aware of what is new in eye disease. I worry about macular degeneration, and she always remembers and tests me for it. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hopkins, shes great. Also, she is always on time, so you need to be too.

Dr Hopkins is very personable and professional. State of the art equipment so for an additional cost there is no dilation. The whole process and results were explained well which was very interesting. I only wear reading glasses but there were no hard pressure sales to buy glasses.
