Tbh Im extremely disappointed in myself for purchasing a membership for the joint when I was in Oceanside before I tried the location nearest my home in Laguna Beach .. Dr. Dana which is in Oceanside was phenomenal . Granted this business only does adjustments which is great when you receive a proper adjustment. But really what sets this location in Laguna Niguel apart is the horrible adjustment I received and unprofessional response from the male Dr when I returned a few minutes later to see if Dr Kara could do the adjustment correctly . Which was my greatest mistake . I honestly left this location in more pain than when I went in . I was better off staying at home in the minimal pain I had than the terrible pain I am in now . I had hope in this chain but after my experience today I cant say that I will return or recommend this place . I went in looking to sign up my mother . But after this I will not be recommending anyone . Much less my mother . I wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy.

A life saver! My headaches ruin my life without chiropractic care. A thousand thanks to The Joint for making it affordable and to Dr G and Dr Higley for making it awesome. (Seriously though I drive out of my way to see these specific Drs. There is a Joint closer to me but Dr G and Dr Higley are the best so I make the trip to see them!) And of course the friendly and helpful front office staff are great too! Love you all!! Thanks! See Ya next week!

LOVE Dr. Grigoriou and Dr. Higley! I walk in without an appointment and leave feeling fantastic. Where else can you experience that kind of service for incredibly affordable pricing? I used to walk in for only $29 (less than my insurance copay!) but decided to sign up for their Wellness Plan for $49/month for 4 visits, dropping my cost to only $12.25/visit! Incredible value and quality care! Do yourself a favor and check it out

Love getting adjusted at The Joint. Dr. Grigoriou and Dr. Higley are very thorough during each adjustment. Convenient location and can use any Joints in the US (even though I have only used the 2 local Joints). The hours are great. They are open 7 days per week which is very convenient with my schedule. Very affordable too.

Coming to this location on a regular basis. Im a massage therapist and think chiropractic care goes hand in hand with massages and a healthy life style. The chiropractors are well trained and try to accommodate every individuals needs and the staff is super friendly! Love that I hardly ever have to wait for my adjustment.
