I’m from out of town and woke up this morning with a very sore neck and lower back (sacrum) after lengthy airplane travel yesterday. I did some research on Google and after making calls to other chiropractors who required lengthy pre-evaluations and x-ray’s before performing services, a friendly receptionist at the “Chiropractic Center of Irvine” answered the phone. I explained I had a long history with chiropractic medicine and was in desperate need of a deep tissue massage and an adjustment, in that order. After verifying my insurance would accept both, she explained she would have ask the doctor if he would be OK with my request on such short notice. About 10 minutes later I got a phone call back saying the doctor would be more than happy to help and would accommodate my request. Once at the office, I was kindly greeted and had a very pleasant, but concise pre-evaluation by Dr. Rick Letts. His massage therapist then performed an excellent deep tissue massage which greatly loosened up my lower back and neck before the adjustment. Dr. Rick then performed an adjustment unlike any chiropractor in the past 10 years. Not only was he thorough but he even adjusted my wrist and feet, something I have never experienced. Dr. Rick is an extremely kind, intelligent, well-spoken gentleman with an over-courteous staff. I will definitely be back when I come to town again and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to get themselves back into alignment. Great job guys, I feel great!!!

Dr. Rick is probably the very best chiropractor Ive ever seen - and Ive been to 6 in the past 10 years. He really cares about his patients, takes the time to explain things... but the best part is he is GENTLE. Other chiropractors get an ego trip for getting a joint to pop - but Dr. Rick is the first one to not push things if they dont want to move. I respect that. Occasionally Ill come in, and Im doing so well he wont even adjust me. Ive NEVER had a chiropractor do that before. I highly recommend Dr. Rick. Plus hes been doing this for over 20 years.

Dr. Letts and his staff are a caring group of people who think about their patients wellbeing first. They address their patients needs with a well-rounded staff, consisting of two diligent chiropractors (Dr. Letts and Dr. Bryenton), massage therapists, and a very friendly front desk staff. Also, what really struck me was the first comment they told me: their patients are like their extended family. Not only are they good people, but they are also excellent with their fields of practice.

If this is owned by Dr. Jon, it would be a great place get healed. I had a neck pain and a leg problem, he cured perfect. Id recommend. I found Dr. Jon sold the office. But I went there as my right shoulder did not function for some sports, except curling, which is NOT sports. Anyway, Dr. Letts and young assistant (ex soccer player) knew what to do. They did perfect. I recommend if you dont have a tight budget. You have to pay each time, even you have insurance.

Dr. Letts has been the most helpful, fun, personable, and caring doctor weve ever met. He takes great care of us consistently, and goes beyond what is expected - hes helped us find some great physical therapy resources and referrals, and is currently helping us with an upcoming medical event that wed be totally lost without the guidance of Dr. Letts. We will be referring all of our coworkers and friends who need an excellent chiropractor in the Irvine area :D

This was THE worst experience I have ever had! I went to what I thought was a chiropractic appointment just to find that they had planned to have me see a case manager, a doctor (to see what services I might need that they provide), have an xray prior to even evaluating me and then a chiropractor an hour later. Sounds to me like they are trying to find things wrong with people so they can suck more money from people who dont know any better.

I have had chronic back pain for almost 6 years. I have been to two physical therapists, a different chiropractor, and been prescribed pain medication, muscle relaxants, and injection therapy. Dr. Letts and his staff are the first to make me believe that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. This office is extremely warm, friendly and above all professional. I would recommend them to any family or friends!

Dr. Letts and his staff are fantastic. I went in with some back pain due to poor posture at my computer and he fixed me right up. After my two visits I no longer had any pain in my back. His staff are friendly and he is very thorough. I highly recommend him!
