Dont bother calling this business if you are a new patient trying to get an appointment. They do not pick up calls during business hours asking you to leave a message which I have done for 3 days without a return call. When someone did pick up the phone, I was told that their scheduling system was down and I would get a return call when it was up and running but I was to be patient as they were short staffed. Tried again today for the last time and was put through to their voice mail again where I voiced my displeasure. My insurance company had recommended them but if that is the way that they deal with clients, I will go elsewhere. Do not waste your time dealing with this business if you want good customer service.
