Dr. Guerrieri was a nice and pleasant person and did a great job during the exam. It was painfully obvious, though, looking at the rest of the staff, how little he realizes about gender diversity. Everyone working in the office (with the exception of the optometrist) was young and female and dressed in hyper-feminine clothing like tight suits and high heels, making the office a perfect snapshot of how men and women divide up in educational attainment, age, power, salary, status, etc.

Wonderful experience. He does eye exams on our foster boys and does an excellent job with them. He explains what hes doing every step of the way and makes them feel safe and comfortable.

Very disappointed. Staff is not customer-centered at all. I chose to pay out of pocket at Helmus instead.
