Dr. Abramson is the best, helped solve my seemingly never-ending ongoing red-eye issues! He will prescribe a better eye-care regimen and follow up to make sure its working. It is NOT normal to have red eyes when you are doing ALL that you can to keep them clear. Other docs have told me theres nothing they can do to help me. Although I suffer from seasonal allergies, my eyes have never felt this much relief for longer periods until Dr. Abramson helped me to see another alternative eye-care regimen. Im surprised that other optometrists have NOT spoken up and been candid to tell me that they can cure my eye condition --they have all simply sent me away with no better advice nor alternatives and just dismissing me with mediocre service and misleading information. Happy to be on the road to recovered! :)

Everything about Livermore Optometry visits is good. Ease of making an appointment. Professional, friendly and competent staff. Although I havent done much shopping around their prices seem competitive. However, they, and so many other medical offices (dentists, etc) now want to take up too much of my time answering "thank you" e mails and taking surveys. I took the survey, but that wasnt enough. I immediately got a please leave a remark request even though I had ignored the request at the end of the survey. So my ONLY complaint is too much soliciting of opinions. If they had an opt out of the survey or comments, I would definitely take it.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Yim since I got my first pair of glasses in highschool. She is direct and to the point, thorough and rigorous in her diagnosis, and always very kind and caring. The rest of the staff are always friendly and very competent. I feel I can ask any questions I need to and that my needs are met in a direct and honest manner. I have never been wrongly or overcharged here. The nurse is always careful to explain that the extra test is not covered by my insurance and that it is my choice whether or not to do it (I do, its a useful test!). All in all, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have been going to Livermore Optometry for 32 years after nearly going blind in one eye at the age of 2 and they found the issue and corrected my eyes back to 20/20 over time. I have been seeing Dr. Kuntz since she took over for Dr. Emrich. We took my 14 month old daughter in for the first time and it was a great experience. Dr. Kuntz is amazing with people of all ages! So gentle and kind and always so thorough! Wouldnt dream of seeing anyone else!

This was my first experience at Livermore Optometry Group and it was a very pleasant experience. They have a very large staff and so there are many people to help you through your visit. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. There selection of glasses is quite large and they policies are really set up to make sure you are a happy customer.

Agree with all the positive comments here both for the office and Dr. Kuntz. Simply one of my all time favorite doctors. Both extremely knowledgeable and personable. And anytime I have issues with my glasses, I walk in on a Saturday and they take care of it on the spot. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an optometrist.

I very much enjoyed my experience with Dr. Yim. My only recommendation would be if the office began to accept Care Credit for the out of pocket costs for glasses or contacts. My glasses were ready in less than a week. It is nice to know that I have access to adjustments. The late office hours are very helpful also!
