Clean, modern office, great staff- very nice and helpful, willing to answer all my questions. Doctor Puccinelli is great too- knows her stuff and explained everything to my understanding and was very friendly and easy to talk to. Way better than the last eye doctor I went to in Oakland. :)

Staff was friendly but the glasses never fit right even after multiple visits. Husband and I both had the same issue with glasses not fitting properly (multiple pairs). They did not take measurements or ever get them to fit right without falling off.

Ive been coming to Dr.Puccinelli Office for 14 yrs and not only is she a great dr, but the staff is great as well! I even take my son to see her! She has been taking care of my eyes for a long time and I dont trust anyone else but her!
