Its hard to imagine these guys getting too much better (well, see below). I give them a 9 out of 10. They have rock star optometrists. I notice on their website that "Dr. Christopher Gee Recognized As Young OD Of The Year," and I believe it. He is sharp as a tack and really friendly too. My last visit was yesterday, I had something wrong with my eye and they rushed me in immediately and took care to diagnose and solve the problem (thought I had something in my eye, or a scratch, and it turned out to be just an allergy reaction apparently). I always have awesome conversations with the people there. So the optometrists are friendly and highly competent, the technology seems up to date, even cutting edge in some respects, they make good use of internet (SalesForce) for scheduling appointments etc, which is handy for me, and the administrative staff seems on the ball and friendly. The two quibbles I have is that they cannot send prescriptions by email and they tend to be a slight bit late on meeting for scheduled appointment times, although I have never had to wait more than a few minutes past my scheduled time. Dr. Kamena is awesome and friendly, and Dr. Gee is right there with him, maybe even better. These guys deserve your business. I do recommend them.

Absolutely loved my first visit with Dr. Moore!! Everyone there was very helpful. They took the time to listen to me and took time to answer my questions. I did not feel rushed like you do in some places. I was able to take my time ask questions and felt I had a very good experience. Cant wait to take my son for his appointment. Confidently recommend. Update I got transition lenses and had problems with them they replaced them and they still didnt seem right but I tried them for a couple weeks and just took them back the other day they are going to replace them again with a new type of lens that is supposed to help with the problem I have been having. All of this was done without complaint and with a genuine desire to get the glasses correct and to my liking. I cant say enough about this office or their staff!!! Bravo!

I just wanted to say this is the best place to go, I have experienced alot of Optometrist but need to tell you about Dr Scott Komina , he is the sweetest and most patient Dr you will find besides being very knowledgeable in what he is doing his bedside manner is outstanding. It seems I have very sensitive eyes and when I have a change in my RX I seem to always go back not due to anything they have done but just because I feel like something doesnt feel right, Dr Komina is so sweet he never makes me feel like I am bothering him but always with his kindness and patience trys to fix the situation and always does. Have never had a Dr who always goes that extra mile to make everything right. His staff is wonderful also they are so helpful and sweet, cant say enough about Murrieta Optometry.

After being a patient for many years I was called by this office to make an appointment. I scheduled it and when I arrived there was no appointment scheduled. When I finally did get an appointment with Dr. Kamena I got there and with no explanation was shuffled to a new employee. I asked to have Kamena call me for an explanation but that never happened. Calling the office recently, I got a message telling me that if the phone wasnt answered during office hours to hang up and call back. Despite all the expensive new equipment there seems to be an ongoing trend toward unprofessionalism. I might put up with this from a service person but not from someone who purports to be a medical professional.

Im a new customer, but each time I go, Im surprised by something I didnt expect... a handshake from the Dr. telling me "thanks for coming" -- from the receptionist, "so good to see you again PAULA -- and they remember my name! to the technician that says "sure, I can tighten those for you" and I didnt even buy the glasses from them! Outstanding service! Ill be recommending... no doubt!

Melissa Moore is the best Optometrist I have ever been to. She showed genuine concern and patience in finding the best contact lenses for my tricky eyes. She gave me several trial lenses until I found the perfect prescription. Excellent Service. I highly recommend this place.
