Six members of my family were patients . We became patients because of the experience the original owner had with visually impaired patients. He mysteriously stopped servicing the store and a new staff appeared claiming they were his partners. Quality of service has been sporadic particularly with the constant change of the office help. Pricing is expensive when compared with other optometrists. We continued because the location was convenient. My last experience confirmed my familys prior opinions. I was rear ended and the impact affected the vision in my left eye. It took 3 visits for the optometrist to finally tell me I needed to change the prescription in my left lense. I went through 2 months of blurred vision. When I ordered a new lense the assistant pushed me to order both the left and right lense ( my right prescription was the same as before) at a cost of over $400 including my insurance contribution. I called back first thing the next morning indicating I only wanted the left lens . I left the same message the following day. I received a call several days later and was told that it was to late to cancel despite the fact that they emailed me with a pickup date several eeeks in the future. Apparently nobody bothers to check messages . No rational explanation was given for the delay. I refused to pay for the right lense because I cancelled first thing the next morning. Eventually they relented and charged me for one lens. When I appeared to pick it up the lens was handed to me with no offer to put it in my frame. When I protested the other assistant agreed to insert it in my frame Out of frustration I asked for the records for all the members of my family. Since changing management the service has deteriorated. It appears that the support staff is inexperienced. I am looking for a new Optometrist for my family

Awsome doctor! My sons couldnt get an other eye exam and I had to pay out of pocket, they were able to help us with that.. The doctor was great with my full of energy 5 yrs old boy! Thank u to the other staff too!
