For the first visit, I waited 2 hours in the lobby, then was taken to another room where I had a few tests done. After that, they brought me to another room where I waited another 30 min for the doctor to finally come in and start the eye exam. They have an email listed online but DO NOT respond. I work all week and could only call on Saturday but they did not answer. For a full exam that should have basically been covered completely minus a copay of 25.00, actually cost me 93.00!!! The staff member Anastasia had a terrible attitude and was not very helpful. Dr. Hyatt, did a poor job on the full exam. Their staff member had to ask ME, the customer, for my contact information...for the power or my lenses, for the base curve, etc. Thats ridiculous, why should I visit an eye doctor for a lens fitting if they have to ask me for all of that!!! THE SINGLE WORST EYE DOCTOR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! ....and i have been wearing contacts for 20 years now.

I needed to see Dr. Pham for my yearly check-up and was referred to this office (instead of Crest) since she is at BVE on Tues and it was the only day of that week I was free. Dr. Pham recently took over BVE and I liked that it had a remodeled feel to it. As always, Dr. Pham was a delight to see and she was still as easy to chat up as ever! :) I also did my contact fitting again since I needed a refill on my colored contacts and luckily they had both the daily and bi-monthly colored contacts that I like. I also really liked that the location had a HUGE selection of glasses and sunglasses and they accepted VSP! I definitely recommend BVE to anyone in the South Bay for quality care and a huge selection of eyeware (glasses, sunglasses or contacts).

Visited Dr. Pham for the first time recently. She took my insurance, and she and her staff were incredibly nice. I was getting headaches and she explained to me that I should lower my prescription. That sounded like a bad idea at first, but I trusted her and she was completely right. When my RayBans came in, they looked awesome and my eyes feel so much more relaxed now. Thanks Blossom Valley Eyecare!

They told they were full members of my Vision plan and charged me that rate. One year later they bill me stating since they weren not members of my plan at the time and that I owed them for the difference in price. Will contact this week for either an easy resolution or through legal channels.
