My last optometrist center just started to get too big. Nothing wrong with that except it started to feel like a factory. Rushing people in and out, different doctors every time, I never knew who I was going to see and no one remembered me or my records. I had to explain my history everytime to someone new. After putting off my eye exam I finally decided its time for a new place. Fast forward a Google search later, Im at my first appointment. I was taken in instantly for my initial exams. I met Dr. Gittins who not only has plenty of knowledge about my diabetic eyes, but explained to me how well they have been maintained and why I have difficulty with my night vision. He was familiar with my Retinal doctors and overall made me feel great about my vision, maintaining my vision and choosing proper contacts etc, also, i wasnt rushed like at my other vision center, and the best part was I was given options so I could make a decision on what I want to use to enhance my vision. I dont like writing reviews, I think people should experience service and make a judgment call themselves. However, service was so excellent here, I had to make a review. I look forward to maintaining my vision with EYEcenter. Its exactly what I personally was looking for.

Dr. Matt Earhart is the best ! I have been a patient of Dr. Earhart for over 5 years. I initially was seeing him at his previous office, and when his office moved to the Citrus Heights/Rocklin area, I had no problem driving the extra 30 minutes each way to see him for my eye appointments. He has been my primary eye doctor and he is comprehensive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. He embodies the humankindness aspect that all healthcare providers should ideally have. I have post-lasik eyes and now have to wear contact lenses and Dr. Earhart is the only one that has been able to help me with my hybrid Synergeyes contact lenses. I wouldnt go to anybody else. Front office staff are always nice, and I appreciate their saturday business hours. Cassandra in the optical department has gone over and beyond in helping me with my Synergeyes lenses. I recommend my spouse, family members, friends all to see Dr. Earhart. He truly is one of a kind. I couldnt have asked for a better eye doctor and staff.

My son and I just completed six grueling months of mentally taxing vision therapy. All I can say is "Thank You" to Judy for all the guidance and wisdom she provided during this time. My son has improved in reading tremendously and his pre-therapy numbers have tripled as a result of this program. Judy also helped us to understand a potential sound-sensitivity issue my son may be experiencing! She is extremely knowledgeable and it is obvious that she loves what she does. This program is worth the sacrifice and I recommend it to those considering it...you wont be disappointed! Thanks again to everyone at Eye Center Optometrics!

I have been going to the EYEcenter for over 20 years and have been very happy with both the doctors and the opticians. I saw Dr. Fred Fuerst for years and loved him. Upon Dr. Freds retirement I switched to Dr. Earhart and find him to be very thorough in his examinations, as well as kind and caring in his interactions with me. I have purchased a lot of glasses there as well and never had any trouble with any of them. I just recently purchased new sunglasses and Jennifer was very helpful in walking me through that process. I am totally satisfied with all the services at EYEcenter and highly recommend them!

If you are in need of an eye exam or new eye wear, go see Dr. Rappa and the tremendous staff at EYECenter Optometric on Greenback Lane! They were quick, efficient, professional, courteous, and answered and explained every single question we had and more. If you have questions regarding childrens learning disorders and the need for eyeglasses or a diabetic eye examination, please do not hesitate. Please make the appointment as soon as possible. My experience has been, Very slow and unhappy front desk. Still have not received my glasses after 24 days and they have my old ones so its been rough. They told me it was running behind because everyone was taking advantage of benefits (2014) makes sense. They told me it would be in 3 days ago now and they would call, 2 messages on the (machine) only. (front should be happy) called at 10am and 2pm. No call back. Wrote Email at 4pm to service manager (3 stores) No call back. Just want refund now so I can get them in "about an Hour". Steer clear.

Doctor was very very helpful in determining my needs. All the staff was very nice and helpful. They were very quick to help me find the glasses that I needed. The doctor stated she would call in the prescription she suggested for my eyes and confirmed the Pharmacy location. I later called the pharmacy and they had no prescriptions ready. I had to call them back and they needed the pharmacy location again. Other than this problem, my visit was excellent. One should ask if medication is covered by copay before they order the prescription.

Ive been a patient here since I was very young and would recommend EYEcenter Optometric to anyone and everyone. Not only are the optometrists knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate, but also they go above and beyond to provide the best care possible. The same is true for all of the staff at EYEcenter. Great care, great people, great facility, great coffee (seriously...they have a really great coffee machine that I binge drink coffee from).

First time patient and both my husband and I were welcomed as long timers. Were greeted by a friendly staff and even better service from Kourtney and Dr. Earhart. My husband and I were offered a retinal screening that we waived but Dr. Earhart gave us complementary "deals" as first timers. They have gained my families business. Definitely recommend this center for anyone looking for excellent service with the most advanced technologies.

i have gone to this place both a child and as an adult. Theyre very good with both children and adults. I am very picky when it comes to the style/look and also the comfort, theyve always been very patient and not pushy, but also honest when needed if something looks to small/big or doesnt fit right. Selection of both eye and sunglasses seems to be pretty broad and accept most insurances. they have weekend hours also which is great

The staff and doctors are friendly and professional. I had an urgent issue that needed checking promptly. They recognized that I needed attention as soon as possible and took care of my needs. I saw Dr. Earhart for this appointment. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. I was very impressed. I normally see Dr. Randy, and he is excellent, as well. I would highly recommend this eye center.

Been a customer for a few years now. Dr. Eairhart is the best and I love the whole team--how friendly and thorough they are from start to finish! Welcoming atmosphere, professional, and they really just take care of you. Love the choice of communication methods (Im a texter) and their overall incorporation of technology (ipads to see glasses styles, picture after your visit). Top notch customer service!!
