I bought my broken Maui Jim Rx glasses to Optical Phases and they assisted me with the warranty repair, even though I bought them in Florida. They ended up getting me brand new lenses through Maui Jim at no charge. They were wonderfully helpful and friendly throughout the process. Their customer service was so excellent, I bought a pair of Oakley Rx lenses from them and will make all my glasses purchases there in the future. Customer for life :)

Quick, friendly service that far exceeded expectations. I needed a pair of shades fixed, and they did so quickly and expertly. They even refused all payment, in spite of the fact that I purchased the shades elsewhere! This place has earned a customer for life. Also, the name is an awesome (and nerdy) pun, which gets extra points in my book.
