I have been getting my glasses at eye medical clinic for the last 7 years. When my ear piece broke after 18 months( most glasses are expected to last at least 2 years), I was told that I had to purchase 2 new ear pieces at a cost of $75.00. The original cost of the frames was $248.00 so they were not cheap (Versace). Well they offered me 20% off when I complained. From what I can see other sellers offer 2 year warranties. Also, maybe I got spoiled back east, but I am used to having my eyeglasses adjusted and cleaned any time I went back to the optician. I have never had Eye Medical offer it. Dr Sullivan is a good doctor, just dont let him direct you to his Optical department.

Their website and receptionists are misleading. They both informed me that Dr. John H Sullivan is a glaucoma specialist as well. But after wasting my time in paying them and seeing them, this doctor is just a regular opthalmologist and does not specialize in glaucoma at all. What a waste of my time, my money and my insurances money...

Dr. Sullivan is excellent. I came in with a corneal abrasion, visited multiple times and always got a clear understanding of my condition and treatment options. Dr. Sullivan is cost conscious, down to earth and always willing to answer a question. Highly recommended!

The staff are all friendly and willing to help - good service, knowledgeable folks. I had my first visit with Dr. Sullivan recently and he provided helpful information, and was very thorough. I was satisfied overall; it was a pleasant experience.
