I am so thankful I chose Eye Life Institute for my cataract surgery!! Dr. Gujda and every member of the staff I came in contact with was professional, helpful and extremely thoughtful! Having eye surgery can be a very scary experience but, from the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel very comfortable and welcomed. Everyone was very patient, answered all my questions, allayed all my fears and made this experience a very positive one! Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly and I was given written information to take with me to read. The office is very bright, clean and orderly and they have state of the art equipment for evaluation and treatment. I highly recommend Eye Life Institute for all your vision health needs!!

Id like to give them a negative star! Found out year after my daughters appointment, they had been billing the wrong insurance co. My daughter is covered by two different insurance companies, but the accounting person was billing the wrong insurance company entirely. There was no attempt to contact me until I finally received a bill a year later (from initial office visit). I called Eye Life and gave the correct insurance again, but unfortunately it was too late. Neither insurance companies would pay because a year had went by. Two insurance companies and I got stuck with the bill. My recommendation is hire someone who takes initiative to resolve an issue that never should have been an issue.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the wait time between seeing the assistant and seeing the Dr. It is usually quite long. Once I finally gave up and was leaving, but they said the Dr. would be right with me. I think they forgot about me. I was waiting well over an hour. I like and trust the staff. I believe they are thorough and good at their jobs. They are all very pleasant.

Great Place! I got a metal splinter in my eye and it was very painful. Eye Life got me right in and treated me immediately. They put drops in my eye and I did not feel anything while they removed the splinter and treated the wound. I am very happy with this place!

Loved this place! The staff was very friendly, the doctors really knew what they were talking about! I didnt have a wait time and they took me in right away. I also LOVE my glasses, they are cute stylish and perfect for me! I recommend this place to anyone!

Appointment was scheduled on a Monday, so it was really busy. I brought my 2 year old and my mother with me. Staff was very patient. Wait time was about 10 minutes before getting into a room, which isnt too bad considering that all the rooms were full.
