PLEASE READ !!!!! Their signs read NO refunds on lenses or frames, but the doctor and the frame specialist got both wrong on my fathers prescription $750.00 plus his visit cost. They said the glasses can be replaced for $150.00 more so he pays, the following week he returns to pick up the new pair . He was told to wear them as much as possible so his eyes can adjust. Months later he calls me and says Emily I think they gave me back the same pair, I call to set an appointment for him, THEY WONT LET ME. He then calls and they wont allow him to make one either. We go in to talk to them, they tell him to give the glasses one more try. so he proceeds to do it,a month gos by. we go back for a refund they tell us its been to long there is nothing they can do. You need to make an appointment $200.00 need new frames $650.00. OR WE CANT HELP YOU. THIS IS BS

My 4yo son accidentally sat on my purse and it squashed my sunglasses inside. I took them in to Chico Vision Care, and they were wonderful to me! The ladies at the desk are indeed nice and attentive, and the guys were meticulous in adjusting the metal frames of my expensive designer sunglasses and checking to make sure they fit properly and were even again. They even provided a hard case so this wouldnt happen again. They were really meticulous in re-bending my frames, checking and re-checking to make sure they fit perfectly. The whole process was fast, accurate, and the service throughout was excellent. They saved me from having to buy a new pair of sunglasses, which would have been more expensive than I was prepared to contemplate right now. I am beyond pleased!

I would not recommend this office. It was my first time having my eyes examined and purchasing glasses. I agree with the other previous responses, that they seem more interested in sales than service. To add insult to injury, my glasses came apart within 2 and a half months so I super glued the frame because I was unsure if I was being to hard on the glasses. A month later the other side of the frame came apart, so I took them in. Four months of owning new glasses and the warranty was void because I glued the one side. They also prescribed to strong of lenses on both my office glasses and my sun glasses. I am certain there has to be a better place than this in the Chico area!!

I liked this office at first because of the two very nice ladies at the front desk but i was not comfortable with one of the doctors. I have lupus and the Rx i am on could effect my eyes. The first visit was okay ( i got really great looking glasses). However, when i went back 6 moths later because i felt as if the Rx was in fact affecting my eyes the doctor just told me i was fine. Maybe i was fine but my condition is serious and i want to know that they think it is as well. They also took 3 months to even send the report to my Lupus doctor. Not happy at all!

This was the best Optometrist Ive ever been too. Dr. Lim was friendly, attentive, and very professional. My prescription was right on, and all of my billing and insurance issues were taken care of without any problems or complications. The staff was very friendly, my experience was great overall.

I believe this is an excellent office and optometrist. Getting my eye perscription was easy. I like Dr. Watkins. He is nice and he is good at what he does but he is not out to rush the appointment. And the two ladies at the front desk are very helpful.

I called 2 days after ordering glasses was told that lenses had already been shipped from lab its now 10 days after i called and glasses still not ready seriously considering having my credit card reverse the charge
