My son had an appointment to get surgery on his eye. When we got there the nurses where polite but once we were seen by the doctor, she was rude and told me the same thing my sons pediatrician had told me. After she said he had to go somewhere else to get his surgery done because they dont do pediatric procedures. I dont know why they couldnt have told me this in the first place when I called and gave my sons DOB. As well the doctors were very rude with no patience. The wait was also longer than what was done. I would not recommend anyone going here.

My son had an apt at 1:45pm. I wasnt called in to the office until 2:20pm where we were seen by a nurse to check in, we were then asked to wait again this time 5 minutes for the Dr. To see my son, it was a 20 minute wait after which the Dr. saw my son for only 5 minutes. If youve made an appointment why cant the Dr. See you at that time. I understand he may have been busy . But I also had other commitments that I had scheduled.I wish hed taken my time into consideration.

Very bad customer service. Staff doesnt know how to talk people .they are very rude .they should improve communication skill.
