As a new customer I had to wait 3 months for just an exam/check up, then they called to tell me I had to wait at least another 1.5 months for my appointment. Ill be going with a business who can handle another customer instead of this place.

I only called them confirm an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. I feel very strongly about the first impression many times is over the phone. The office could benefit from someone more caring and courteous.

I have been going here for years and have always had friendly, expert and professional service. They are busy so sometimes it takes a few weeks for a routine exam, but worth the wait. Dr. Ong is fantastic.
