I was recommended to go to kids dental, I am so absolutely so 100 and 10 % satisfied with all the help I needed. No joke I called the ladies at the font office about 5 times. Bonnie & Jenn had so much patience with me. My daughter was crying so load when i was on the phone with them and they helped clam me down . So much help as well they helped me find out with my provider if I can go to them. Also was able to make a appointment same day for both of my children. They are so welcoming and inviting right when you walk in the door. ( my personal experiences with dentist are horrible so I was nervous for my kiddos a 5yr. & 3yr.old ) Bonnie and Jenn were so helpful woth me and helping me understand what will be going on in my kids appts. Made me feel so comfortable my children could attend this dentistry. Explained everything in details regarding next appt. What to expect in payment and next booked dates . I enjoyed all the activities they had on hand for my kids. Which made a mom feel safe for her children. Talking to Dr. Sonia she explained the needs with both of my kiddos . She took her time with me let ask as many questions I needed - and I never felt I was getting rushed out of the office. I know what I can do for our future appt. That my kids will calm and understanding what they will do to them. And other methods for pain and them being nervous. I am so excited I found this place ! So excited I going to go to them too ( I hate the dentist! ) but I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist office before. I am actually excited for mine ! A major plus for me! Thank you again to my neighbor Katey who referred me truly feel blessed !

My 2 kids (7 and 9 years) have been going to KDS Dental, Chino hills ( Dr Tran ) since last 6 months. They have been seen both by Dr. Tran and her colleagues and all of them have been professional and knowledgeable. They clearly explain what the problem and what need to do fix the teeth issues. My daughter loves juno ( puppy dog) and she always holds her during her treatment. My daughter says she never feels pain during her procedure. The office staff is friendly and accommodating and I have had no problems arranging all their appointments based on our availability. They are flexible to change appointment if we need to change it. They usually have appointments available within a reasonable timeframe. The treatment costs are presented in a clear format, and I havent had any problems with my insurance (Delta Dental PPO). ds The environment is clean and friendly. Kids get to pick a movie or video game to watch during their visit. I guess it helps to have kids zoned out when work needs to be done. My kids are a little too happy when they hear they will need a filling, cleaning and spacers etc. My daughter has spacers and now she feels happy as her teeth looks better. .. which leads to the only suggestion I have for this place- award kids for good hygiene and cavity-free visits too!

My 7 year old sons mature teeth were growing behind his baby teeth which then had to be extracted. Dr. Anna and her assistant, Amanda, were spectacular! Dr. Anna was very calming and used age-appropriate language with my son to explain what she was doing. She thoroughly explained the procedure to me so that I was absolutely confident that my son was in the best hands. I couldnt have asked for a better process! My son played video games throughout the whole procedure, but was also intently listening to the doctor and her instructions. She extracted the tooth without my son realizing she has already done so and he had a "thumbs up" sign signaling that he was in absolutely no discomfort whatsoever and he even had a huge smile when everything was done! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Anna and her staff and will never go elsewhere for my childrens dental needs.

Kids Dental Specialists is a great dental office to take your kids. My kids who are 5 and 2 years old, love to come and get their teeth clean. Its an awesome feeling when your kids are asking you when their next dental visit will be instead of having them be scared to go to the dentist. They love to play video games and watch movies while their teeth is getting cleaned and be greeted by Juno the service dog. Every visit is a great experience, the doctors and staff are outstanding and takes great care of your kids and answer all your questions and concerns. If your child isnt asking you when their next dental visit is going to be, your taking them to the wrong places.

We have been to several pediatric dentists over the years. Dr. Tran and her team are truly the best of the best. After appointments with other pediatricians and dentists, no one had any suggestions for the treatment of my daughters excessive teeth grinding. After her examination, Dr. Tran suggested we see an ENT, since it was likely that her airway was being blocked at night which was causing the teeth grinding. She was right! Her therapy dog, Juno, is always a huge hit with my girls as well. Weve been going to Kids Dental Specialists for five years now, and my kids are always asking when they get to go to the dentist next.

The name says it all, they are truly Specialists when it comes to kids. Their waiting room, coloring books, crayons, water, video games, latest movies! The office is great, staff is great. Bonnie, is simply amazing. So patient, worked with my crazy schedule. Asked what my schedule was like and worked our appointments around my schedule. Made sure Dr. Would have enough to time to complete services, and I would have time to get my daughter to her practice. She made the billing very simple to understand, and answered all questions. I have never had a problem there before, but today I received the best service from Bonnie.

My son had a broken tooth that wasnt causing pain but was starting to get infected and even though they were booked up they still managed to get us in within the hour to take care of my son! They even did same day treatment to make sure that infection wouldnt spread!! Kids Dental is awesome my daughter was very entertained playing video games in the waiting room while my wife was in the treatment room with my son and he was able to watch a movie the whole time they were doing his work. Dr Tran is awesome and was so quick my son had no complaints!! We will definitely be coming back for all our future visits!

When I first visited that place, I and my son love it. People there are very nice, their equipment isd friendly to child. However, I have two unhappy visits with one doctor called Anna(not sure the spell is right or not), one time during the middle of operation, she leave and let another one treat my son without telling me. Another time, I found she take two kids treatment at the same time. so she have to leave me and my son alone from time to time. All other people and doctors seems very good. that is why i give 3 star and still will do business with this place. but no Anna anymore
