Dr. Shalaby and his team are really wonderful! Tina the receptionist is great to work with, super nice, and caring every time I visit. Jennifer who assist and cleans teeth is so nice and in tune with her patients needs all the time. Lastly, Dr. Shalaby is very caring, great patient etiquette and really explains all procedures prior in detail, he helps you understand all your options. I love that he is always mindful of your comfort and opinion. He will always make sure you are very numb with no pain and talks you through all steps of the procedure if you want. For someone like me who hated and feared the dentist for years....this staff and office have completely changed my point of view of dentist. I have alot of work to be done and halfway there, I truly enjoy coming to the dentist for the first time ever! I would and already have highly recommend Rancho Laguna Family Dentistry!

Wow! What a difference! I had multiple old silver cavities removed and replaced with porcelain. Dr. Tamer Shalaby did a great job. I was surprised how fast I was back to normal eating. I am used to having my teeth in pain after any work, but not with Dr. Shalaby. I also had another dentist tell me I needed a crown a month before. But Dr. Shalaby has the skills to get my tooth and cavity taken care of and I did not require a crown. I will continue to use this office due to the great work, customer service, integrity and the real care they provide. The entire team at the office truly care about their clients well being. Thanks again, to Tamer, Jennifer, and Tracy.

Only had a deep cleaning done by Jennifer. She was very sweet and extremely thorough. Unnecessary X-rays and antibiotics used up a lot of my social security. I found Dr. Hartman in Anaheim, who’s just as good, but way more affordable.
