I had a horrible experience with the girls at the front desk. They are very very rude with people. The Dr ordered some lab work; however, the medical assistant ordered the wrong test. Referrals to see a specialist take forever. I went back as a walk in for my lab results and the receptionist told me that they couldnt see me without an appointment because the dr have to leave early; they open at 2 in the afternoon and i got there at 2:05. They only had 5 patients in the waiting room. I really like the doctors there, but Im not coming back. Its so sad to see good doctors with such awful workers.

I just want to share my experience with Popular Medical Center . Doctor Cilliani is 100% professional always has time to listen patients and , feels like he really care. Also I cant say enough good tings about doctor Nathaniel Lane, he always go above an beyond to make sure I get what I came for and also feels more like a friend who want to help not a doctor..

Dr. Ciliani is a good doctor. The staff is another story. Rude and unprofessional. On my last and final visit, I told the staff that there was a cockroach in the waiting room. Their response was that it was ok. Lol. One of the clients in the waiting room got up and took care of it.

The doctors are amazing and respectful as well as the nurses. Dont make appointments tho just walk ins I have done 4 appointments and NEVER DO THEY EVER GET TO YOU EVEN CLOSE TO ON TIME. Walk in 5 min later, horrible they need to fix this.
