Doctors & staff were very professional & friendly. However, the billing department was unresponsive and unworkable. When you call you always get a recording, and they didnt return any of my 8 calls over a 2-month period. It took 3 months to get a refund for money they clearly owed me. I would never have received the refund if I had not noticed it. I dont negative comments like this, but there is something clearly broken about whoever handles their billing, and I wish they would fix it. My husband also had trouble getting credit for money paid at the time of services on a previous occasion.

This place is a joke. Im a disabled veteran and made an appointment when my new insurance kicked in. Showed up at my shceduled time and was early. Time was for 12:30 I got there 12:10. The nurse said I made mistake and Dr refused to see me said I was late. Then I played message proving I did not make mistake. They treated me like I was a criminal. To top it all off they tried to charge me $300 for a visit to the Dr I never saw. I will stick with the Long Beach VA hospital from now on.

Dr BLAND, other Doctors are really good. NURSE practitioners also good! Thanks Christine Carreon. To access the part of the practice you need, you have to deal with their pathetic phone system and Front desk team need lots of grooming to deal with public. I have been treated as a nuisance on almost any occasion I have interacted. Luckily, I seldom need them.i have expressed this to office manager and Dr. Bland. I hope he works to correct.

Doctors are great. Billing and payments are now handled by a company in the Philippines. The records are inaccurate. They have no information on dates of service or even branch you visit. I have been double billed for visits and co pay charged more than my co pay requires. Keep all receipts of payment from office and be ready to verify all payments. The doctors are great, the billing system is crazy.

Have been going here for over 20 years plus, before kids and after. Wouldnt trust anyone else with the care of my kiddos. I adore all the doctors, and physician assistants. Yes, there can be a wait, but its a doctors office grab a magazine or bring a book!

Doctors are only available on certain days.If you feel pain and you want to go back to your doctor then you would have to wait 2 weeks more. Receptionist does not know what is going on in their office and does not initiate to follow-up your request.

The front staff is terrible - very short and rude on the phone. You wait on hold for a very long time before you get through to anyone. Left two messages for a call back on refill - never heard back.

Very friendly & helpful. Not much of a wait. Dr. Lloyd was excellent - he even called me twice the next day to see if I was ok and if I got my MRI scheduled.

This is a group practice with MDs, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants. Friendly, well-run office. Urgent care next door (same building).
