Walk-in medical clinic. Where you can never "walk-in" to see a doctor. Even on days when they supposedly take "walk-ins" Ive been turned away. Never can get an appointment for anything urgent so might as well forget it. Can you say Urgent Care. Because Ive been assigned here for 2 years and never been able to get an appointment when needed. Staff is very rude. I get the feeling every time I speak with them that I am an inconvienience in their day and they turn me away because they dont want to deal with having another patient. Their day is way more important than my health.

Very bad customer service iam asking some regional questions about my insurance but the lady did not respect too customer and she talked very badly like we go there for free service my primary doctor is there thats why I have to constantly about my problems but didnt care to customer
