Dr. Oster is a great OB-GYN. She is always polite and positive, yet at the same time she is not going to just go along with something that is not in your best interests so that she can avoid conflict or be your friend. She had done some surgery on me, and she did a great job. She is extremely well-regarded by other doctors. When I have seen her, I get the impression that she is really committed to being a doctor to help her patients, not just because she decided that being a doctor would be a well-paid and prestigious career. I had such an unpleasant, cold, conceited, arrogant, and dismissive OB-GYN before (dont worry, she is retired and baking) so it was like manna from Heaven when I was able to start seeing Dr. Oster. It was a revelation that I could go to the OB-GYN, receive thorough care, be treated with respect, and not fear every appointment.

The father of my child recently was forced to switch from a reliable HMO insurance carrier to Medi-Cal. This worried us because we were forced to switch our newborns primary care doctor (who we both really loved) over to Dr. Gritchen at Memorial Care Long Beach. When I met her, I realized how caring and understanding she is. This is a truly awesome office with an excellent staff. Everything is clean, professional, and the waiting rooms have a modern, sleek look. It makes you feel as if the office is hygienic and clean. I would recommend people with CalOptima (Medi-Cal) or otherwise to come to this office and experience the kindness of staff that actually care about the well being of you and/or your child(ren).

The actual facility and medical staff are great. My wife, my kids and I have been seen by the clinicians at the BELLFLOWER location. ************************************************************************************************** I wish I could separately review the billing side... GOOD LORDY! Their heads are not on straight. They dont listen; think they know it all when they dont. Its taken over 6 months to clear up an extremely simple insurance payout issue. The only reason for the delay is that they couldnt listen; nor would they take any responsibility. They just kept sending out new bills. SO irritating.

In and out with treatment and x-rays in 90 minutes. We paid out of pocket and the prices were great. The facility is clean, comfortable, and modern. Everybody including the receptionists, techs, nurses, and the doctor were all wonderful. Ill gladly pay out of pocket again than have to wait in a ghetto urgent care within my insurance network.

Love Dr. Oster!! She has been taking care of me for more than quarter of a century and she has been as careful and knowledgeable as any great doctor would be. Excellent bedside manner, and great technique. I would say Dr Oster is definitely a 10 on a 1-10 scale.

Dr. Muth is a wonderful and caring doctor. He spends all the time needed to answer my questions and is extremely knowledgeable. His staff and associates are all amazing too. I love the new modern and clean location. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr nguyen is great but the urgent care drs give bad recommendations on what to do with my infant and they dont hear me out. I was calling today and I was on hold for 10 min 2 separate times and the wait was 1 min. Get it together!

Dr. Oster has been my doctor for 27 years. She delivered my daughter and performed my hysterectomy, after diagnosing me with cancer. She is kinda, caring and she makes you feel like youre her only patient. Best doctor EVER!
