I was referred to Dr. Chaudry s office from co workers and the doctors I work with. I have a H.M.O plan. I was seen the 3rd wk of July..which I was told that I will be receiving a referral for OB/GYN and therapy..so I have been calling this office 2wks after I was seen hoping they have received my authorizations. The girl in the front office always told me they are locked out of my insurance website..(strange) I mean you made a copy of my insurance card why couldnt you call them!!! Its now the end of August and I still havent got word from that receptionist insisting she will call me back!! Im just frustrated with this office overall I would not recommend anybody here!!! And its sad cause Dr. Chaudry is a patient at my clinic I work at and we provide the highest level of great customer service!! I now had to call my insurance on my own and switch doctors office cause I dont have time for offices like this one who are very incompetent at their job duties..how did she even get hired!! I believe her name is Nicole not sure if she is learning how to work as a front office staff in the medical field but would of this was life threatening. I had brought this up in my clinic to my doctors and they were in shock cause Dr. Chaudry refers patients to us but Im like no thanks I have nothing nice to say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never written a review about anyone before but last monday after 62 years I found my self with no health insurance and a bad flu. I dont drive and live in long beach so I walked to their office but when I got there it was lunch time. The lady let me in and the doctor saw me in there lunch time, no one was there so I was done in about 20min. When they found out I was going to walk back home the lady working their offered to give me a ride home during her lunch. I was so touched I started to cry god bless them.

Always thorough, always a smile. Dr Chowdhary is caring, compassionate, and knowledgable. She always responsds to questions patiently and thoughtfully. Always gives excellent referrals to specialists. Highly recommend the Dr. The office staff is courteous and responsive.

Dr. Chaudhary and her staff are professional, friendly, and very helpful. My experience today is one of the best Ive ever had with a general practitioner. My appointment was quick, easy, and I got everything taken care of that I needed.

Was able to make an online appointment for the same day. She is very kind and actually listens to your concerns. Her staff is friendly. I needed some immunizations and the one she didnt have she told me where to get it!

Their listing says they take Medi-Cal and walk-ins. Drove here and they said they were not currently doing either. Wasted time and trip.
