Waited for 1 hr, the receptionist and other workers are just gossiping about their personal lives... im glad that i checked with the receptionist because she did not even bothered pulling out my paperwork, asking me "they didnt called you"? Of course they did not called me! You did not even gave them my chart! Do you expect them to guess my name? The worst experience ever! Please.. "DO NOT GO HERE!" Unless you have no choice or you have all the time in this world. The doctor even advised me to please put that in writing because we receive a lot of complaints with the receptionists. Great advise doctor! I will make this girl famous!

La primer vez que vine me tomo 3 horas para que me atendiera el doctor y otra hora mas para salir. La segunda vez aproximadamente 2 horas Y ahora por desgracia estoy aqui una tercera vez solo espero que no me tome mucho tiempo estar aqui esta vez

I waited for hours, three hours before I could even get called. There excuse was that they has way too many people waiting. Well thats easy, dont give so many appointments everyday, leave some wiggle room for the new patients that come in everyday. When my name was next to be called I was asked if I could reschedule because even if I was called to get a room I would still have to wait another hour and a half.

If i could give negative stars, i would. This "medical facility" is the filthiest place i have ever seen in my life! I have the tendency to lift the toilet seat every time i urinate and this is what i see. Why not clean this restroom constantly? Personally, i firmly believe that this is place is putting the people that come here in a serious health risk.

services are poor doctors are very old and slow they cant walk kind of slow motions movements my firs visit was OK, my last two visits it took 2hrs to call me and give a room 2:30 hrs. to get out, just for a Dr. check up. come on you have to do some serious changes

They made me sit there for an hour to take a drug test. There were only two people in front of me. The staff was talking the whole time in front of me. They called me up to take the test which only took 3 mins to take the test.

The wait is to long. There is to much employee gossiping at front desk. Twice the Dr. Came in with the wrong chart for me. The times Ive been i havent once seen the same Dr. Its a different one each time.

The wait is horrible half the people dont know what theyre doing the doctor is even more clueless than the nurses by far the worst medical center Ive been too

Waited 3 hours just for a drug test... 3 hours just to pee in a cup, doesnt take that long to pee on a stupid cup unless you have Shy Bladder Syndrome
