Dr. Joseph Iwuajoku is dismissive, disrespectful, and not someone who is even assigned to be my primary care physician, yet every time I go to this clinic, I am seen by him. According to him, he does not understand "lamen" terms. The staff is also dismissive, unprofessional, and rude. This clinic either willfully refuses to submit my referral requests for my needed medical care, or is grossly negligent in submitting such requests. The staff has refused to submit my referrals to my insurance provider on THREE different referrals, and then lied to me when I called, AFTER, getting off the phone with my insurance provider, as well as the medical facility where my referral was supposed to be sent. I was told by the physician at the clinic that I may have a lifelong disease, but that I need to be referred to specialist. I was also told by the physician that I would need to see a specialist for a broken bone. This was nearly TWO weeks ago, however, the staff only sent in one request on Monday, an entire week after I was told it would be sent in. The only reason they submitted the refferal on Monday was because I had to go in for another test and I asked about the status of my referral. According to the staff, there was some kind of confusion because I was not in the system, yet I was in the system the month prior, for another referral. I only went go to this clinic because I needed to choose a PCP for my insurance. Knowing what I know now, I would not have chose this clinic.

Love It Here Now The. Staff In The Front Can be Rude Sometimes But I Pay Them no Mind The Doctor I Love Him He Understands What I need He Handles My Treatments very Well and hes very funny nice and good with kids

Never have I felt so comfortable in a doctors office... Staff was up front and real.
