Well, all I have to say is that Santo Tomas Medical Clinic is a great place to go see a doctor when you are sick or just to have a check up. Anyone who may have felt like the doctor was taking to long to see them, but here is the thing, if you like a Doctor that sit you down and hurry you up out of the office and not listen to your problems and your concerns then you need to go somewhere else then. Because I have been seeing Dr. Virginia Aguilar for 11years and she has been nothing but respectful to my family and I she listens to your issues, and never rush you out of her office so maybe that is why some people may think it takes long there She is a doctor that takes time with you and your health. The office is always clean and smell good the staff is nice people as well so I would recommend this medical clinic to anyone who is looking for a good place to get medical help

This office has a bad habit of treating patients with state issued insurance very poorly. The owner of this clinic had 2 other locations, but ended up closing them. The staff has changed throughout the years, the staff is o.k., but Dr. Virginia Aguilar is lacking social skills as she has a tendency to ask first "is this a medi-cal patient or insurance?" This I know for a fact that has happened for over 20 years. This clinic, doctor and owner have lost that loving feeling. Would NOT recommend to anyone, stay away.....I myself have always had private insurance, but know many patients from there as I work in the same field.

Took my daughter there for ear infection. We waited for 3:30 hours. Turns out that the doctor wasnt even there. When we finally saw the doctor, she was rude, didnt say hello, didnt even ask what was wrong, and she once looked at me or my daughter in the eye. Horrible experience!!!!! We had to go back a week later so the doctor could check her ear, while we were there i asked for the results of some test my daughter had done. The receptionist told me they would not give me results of fhe test that unless I made a different appointment on another day. So that they could bill medical for another doctors visit.

Ive gone here since i was little and lately the owner has been desperate having employees quit on him. Its all money here they dont care much about the person or their experience. The owner once asked me if I had an email I answered him yes and he had me do a review of his clinic right on the spot i would had said no but i had come in for a check up. So yeah wouldnt recommend this clinic to anybody

Dr Virginia Aguilar has been my doctor for more than 20 years. She is very attentive and a great doctor. She has been wonderful to my family as well. Weve gone to her sick and shes quick to accurately diagnose us and make us healthy again. Shes an excellent doctor!

Long wait...came in around 10:30, its 2:03 and still waiting. Gone inside to use bathroom and all rooms are empty and no doctors to be seen. Are they all out to lunch at the same time?
