Ive been coming to this clinic ever since I was a child, now 23. Every single time I have been here they always take FOREVER. If my appointment is set at 8am, theres a good chance I wont be seen until after 1pm. If you come in before their lunch hour, they will leave to go have lunch while all their patients wait in the lobby. When youre done waiting all those hours the doctor will only see you for no more than 5 minutes and then shell be on her merry way. I went in to see the doctor one day regarding flu-like symptoms, waited for 3 hours just to not be seen and have the registration nurse write out a prescription for something a PROFESSIONAL never diagnosed me for. My dad also goes to this clinic and when his retina detached he went in because it was an emergency and the nursing staff just sent him home. It wasnt until days after that he went to complain and the doctor finally took a look at him and she personally said that he needed to be seen days before, he was later sent for emergency surgery. The staff there is no help and they dont seem to know what they are doing more than half of the time. I only go to this clinic because of insurance reasons but if you have the chance AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS! If I could give zero stars, I would. *I was currently on hold for 30 minutes in order to attempt to schedule an appointment while writing out this review. After the 30 minutes they finally decided to pick up the phone to inform me that they cannot turn on their computer and if I wanted to call back later. I thought you opened at 8am?..it is now 10am.

I have been there for 2 day ro get my daughters physical papers to get filled out for school. They lost my daughters file and they are still looking for it. I asked to see if they can give my daughter a physical no answer. They said they will call me... No call so far. I will be taking my daughter else where. The waiting time is terrible. I waited for more than 2 hours. Very disorganised clinic.

They tell you to be there early but dont see you til they close. Waiting time takes forever and when you get to see the doctor it only takes 3mins to see you then your done...its stupid and waste if time. You cant even make an appointment by phone. Dont bother going there or you will be there from 8am to 6pm

HORRIBLE experience ! Please dont waste your time here if you really want to be seen! Terrible and false information ! Dont waste your time on this clinic ,looooong waiting time from 9am-3pm!

Dont like this clinic. Not like it used to be. Really bad service. Irresponsible staff. Dont feel the doctor is very reliable. Well, thats my opinion.

The doctor usually arrives around 11am, eventhough they say shes in at 9am!!!!!! THEY TAKE FOREVER. HORRIBLE.
