Receptions is so lazy... She has no customer services skills (actually no one in that office has good customer service skills)... A patient came in and could hardly read English so he asked her for help and she said NO that she had other patients... Um no there was like 2 people only and this is her job to help... But whatever... The doctor was lovely though but when she told me to sit and talk to the women who was going to order my frames I was upset... For over 5 minutes I sat there waiting for her to acknowledge me but she wouldnt even turn her head. Then she points to the the wall with all the frames(without even looking at me) and tells me to pick something and to have a seat... And it even took over 2 weeks to get my frames and I had to call and asked them if my frames arrived and they said yes that they where ready... So why didnt you call me!!! I really needed my glasses... Ugh really rethinking if I want to go back to this place...

Bad service!!! I will never go back again due to receptionist! The most rude person I have ever met. Dr. Lovato needs to get rid of her. I cant believe how rudely and unprofessional she was to me. If she wasnt there I would give this clinic a 5 star but sadly the way I was treated they dont deserve that! I went to pick up my glasses because I got a call to pick them up before 6 went in at 5:50 and they locked the door on me and wouldnt answer the receptionist with the long black hair is the worst!

My boyfriend went in for glasses here about 2 weeks ago and he just called and they told him it would be another extra week, the people here are def. unprofessional since they failed to let us know a simple order was going to take 3 weeks, Ive never had to wait that long for glasses and neither has he, to top it all off they just sent the order yesterday. This place is a mess, save ur time and money.

Doctor and everyone is helpful and nice. Always checks up on you and makes sure everything is good. People just like to nit pick at things. Its great and quick service. Usually spend an hour here. Clean and organized environment. Been coming here for years.
