Sabiendo el corto tiempo que yo tenía, Hugo C. me atendió muy profecionalmente y muy amablemente hace 2 semanas. Estoy muy agradecido por sus servicios.

My family and I been coming here for many years and never had a problem with staff . Very friendly. Until recently my mom went last last week and the staff treated her like crap, the son and the mother told her that they dont need the costumers that they have money . That she can go somewhere else. They should be thankful that all of their costumers are giving them business . This will be the last time me or my whole family will go there , and Ill make sure my friends will know not to go anymore. Will take my business somewhere else

I like this place. I was going to another eye doctor because of their service, but it was a little far from my house. So after many years I decided to come back to my first eye doctor in Los Angeles, Dr. Hernandez. He is an expert at his field. I did not give 5 stars because I feel they can work a bit on the front desk greeting. The girls are really good at their job, but a big smile goes a long way. There is one girl that smiles a lot. she does the pre-test. I dont know her name but she is great!! also Hugo. he is very friendly.

Wasnt to sure about this place. Read many bad reviews so was kinda iffy about it , then I figured hey , theres lot of angry people out there . walked in expecting the worst but to my surprise everyone was just super. Had my exam done in less than a hour YAASSSS!!!! Staff is friendly felt very comfortable and Hugo was the best . Helped me out with my choice of glasses , threw a few suggestions , he was just down right amazing . Most def would recommend it

I was very skeptical coming to this optometrist considering the horrible experiences Ive had at other offices. But, weirdly enough, I was pleasantly surprised at how efficiently my visit was handled. Thanks to Hugo C. for making the process that would usually be a "drag" experience into such a quick and easy one! Definitely looking forward to coming here again. Highly recommended!

Ive been coming to this office since 2011. I love the examiner here Hugo. He is very nice and helpful person; though my exams are always extensive, but I understand my eyes inhibitions because everything was explained to me. I also like the styles they have and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience. Dr. Lac was really nice and had a lot of patience with my son. Also thank you to Hugo for being very nice and helpful to son on choosing a frame. I felt like I was in and out because the wait wasnt very long. I definitely recommend to friends and family.
