I am a patient of years to this office. I usually have a good experience when I come here, but not this past year. The girls in the front desk did not greet me as usual. I had an appointment made for my husband and child at 9:30 a.m., and was not out of the office until it was almost time to close. The girl Josie, in the front desk, said that my insurance was not ran. Mind you I made the appointment two weeks in advanced. They were chit chatting with the girl that took my co-payment, Vicky, about the night before. She obviously looked like she came straight out of a night club. Not very professional, like Rita who is usually there during the week. I agree that the prices are a bit on the high side, which I dont have a problem with if I am getting the service that I want. The doctors are Great! Karla always gives the best service. I can tell that they change personnel quite often. Jesus was good, but I honestly liked the girl that was doing the tests at the back before Espi. She was very patient with my 12 year old son, and was always smiling. Other than that, I think some changes should not be made. especially when your patients are happy with the service. They do great contact lens fittings, but I would make sure on the pricing.

Love the doctors the girls are nice too. They are clean and mostly they have modern equipment. Some of the frames are expensive but just go ahead and ask them for what does my insurance covers. If not they will try to sell you the most expensive frames there. Also they will get it you in the lens. They type you need if you drive at night its the glare ripe, so on. If you dont need it dont get it. Well may be that one cuz if they get scratched just take them back they will fix it for free. Over all they are efficient and polite.

Been here a few times. I love that they have $30 frames, dont like some colors but like the style and price. Good place to go of ur low income.. try going to Macys or Walmart where prices are ridiculous.

I like Dr. Messingers office because they are very organized and thorough. They always let you know what they are doing and give you the results of the testing they do.
