I have used Rhino Chiropractic several times for my DOT physical, this is the first time I’ve had this issue. The doctor in unfamiliar with the DOT requirements. I am a lifelong asthmatic in good health with no issues. I work out in the gym and run 2 miles as part of the gym routine. If you take medication for any medical condition his will make you get a medical clearance, if it is required or not), he will also only give you a year or less(for that medication use). In my profession, I review medicals (DL51) and make decision if individuals meet the medical requirements to operate commercial vehicle. So even with me giving him the information, he still would not issue me my signed DL 51. Once I returned with the medical clearance, the doctor changed the my qualification period from 2 years to 1 year and refused to give me the correct amount of time which I medically qualify.

I am a medical family practice provider, & I find it extremely rude when I take time out of my patients and my busy day to come for an appointment to speak results for my husband and I am told 5 minutes before pulling into the parking lot that the Dr. Ferguson had left because he assumed we were a no show. We were early, and he already had left and decided we werent going to show up. That is incredibly rude. As a provider I am never going to refer a patient to the clinic.

Dr Doug Ferguson is absolutely superb. He has always been so informative and professional while being kind and considerate. He has been so good to me and my family (even adjusting my son within 12 HOURS of his birth). I consider him a friend and a great help to my physical health. His experience and continued education causes him to be an indispensible part of my life. He has adjusted my entire family for the last 10 years. I highly recommend him!

I bring my whole family including my 13 month old daughter in weekly to get adjusted by Dr. Hansen. Getting adjusted has helped her sleep through the night, stay regular with bms and strengthen her immune system. Also, I love how friendly and helpful the front staff is! :)
