Ive worked with ESPT for over two years on various issues, and in my time there, they focused almost 100% on patient comfort, education and care. In fact, they usually spent much more time on me than the allowed session time that inusurance companies mandate. As far as billing is concerned, ESPT is honest to a fault - One time I had accumulated copays for the year and I couldnt afford them. Bob Baker (the owner) personally met with me and took $900 off my bill. Cant say that happens in too many places. The therapists are very competent and educational qualifications seem to be a top priority. They focus on giving you all the knowledge you need to help you get better, and shaping your recovery to your goals. Im looking forward to my next appointment.

Seems like a cruel joke to have a PT place up a flight of stairs (I was on crutches when I first started coming), but word-to-the-wise: theres an elevator in the middle of the building complex! All the staff here were great, and they helped me get back up and biking in no time after my tibial plateau fracture! A very positive experience after a very unfortunate accident.

By "loved it" I mean Physical Therapists know their stuff. Did not "love" the pain so much, but progress can sometimes be painful. Very convenient and very nice people. I first thought it was odd that they were on a 2nd floor (wondered how those with leg problems would climb steps), but found there is an elevator.
