Ive reviewed this doctors office once before, but would like to comment that the assistant that offended me is no longer there and Dr. Hill himself has proven to be very compassionate about helping his patients. I wish I had simply transferred my care to him, from the assistant instead of emotionally assuming the whole office was going to be the same way. I was stranded in a small town without my medication and he went out of his way to call in a prescription to the pharmacy in town so that I would not be without it. It should be noted that he is not the doctor that generally handles this medication, but I could not get into contact with my endocrinologist. The fact that he was the only doctor on my team that was able to respond helpfully speaks volumes.

The worst staff ever had an appointment came in a was told I was late. But the time I was told over the phone is the time I showed up for. When I walk in the girl at the counter was flirting with a vendor instead of helping patients. Then was told to reschedule but I planned my day around that appointment.
