Dont ever go to sierra doctors!!!!! i cannot express how displeased i am with my experience there. i am uninsured so every time i am seen i have to pay almost $200 dollars!! and for what?? to be told to get insurance and find a real doctor?? apparently they dont even think of themselves as real doctors?? i am currently suffering from a bad back and depression so they prescribed me medications for these problems and just as soon as they prescribed me the much needed medication they stopped giving it to me now i am experiencing even worse symptoms from taking these medications and stopping them which is apparently extremely dangerous!! but what other options do i have i dont qualify for anything other than medical and i cant afford anything else. the money that i am able to save goes towards another pointless doctors visit. in my opinion if i am paying this much money i better well get some damn good medical attention!! now i read up on the laws requiring a patient to be seen every 2 months in order for my prescriptions to be refilled which is kind of ridiculous but understandable and its just that, you need to been seen ever 2 months. here i was just seen the 13 of jan today is the 4th of march and yet there telling me he cant fill my prescriptions because they fall under the 2 month category. i dont know if the know their math over at that office but it sure as hell hasnt been 2 months and i just payed them $200. excuse me if i seem a little irritated but this isnt the first time this has happened to me i told myself the time before last that i wouldnt be going back but now i truly mean it. and i want to warn all the other cash paying and even insured patients dont waste youre time and money coming to this doctors office find a real doctor.

I went to sierra doctors at first just as a walk-in and they were amazing I now go back to them as a regular doctor... They really were serious about figuring out what was wrong... The wait for the walk-in wasnt bad at all and everyone on the staff was super nice! On top of that they didnt just prescribe me a bunch of things they told me of other things I could do that would be even healthier than giving an antibiotic which in past years I would feel like the doctor barely even looked at me and is just prescribing some sort of medecation because they would always tryy to give me something and then something for the sickness that came from the last something weakening something else in my system... Anyways I just want to say that I had a very different experience at sierra doctors than the other review and I will continue to recommend them to my friends in the area as well.

I first came to Sierra Doctors in October 2014 for a concussion. The front desk ladies were great about helping out with paperwork since my head hurt so bad. I was advised my wait may be about 15-20 minutes (I have waited much longer in other urgent cares) so this was no big deal to me. The MA who roomed me was very friendly. When the provider came in he introduced himself as Jeffrey Topo. Right away he was making me laugh so i knew this would be a fun appointment. I have continued to see Jeffrey Topo for my appointments. I really enjoy how he explains everything in detail to me no matter what the question is that i ask. He always shakes my hand when he enters the room and is always very professional. The entire staff is always smiling and in a good mood.

I love love love Sierra Doctors. I originally saw them because of a workmans comp accident. I have had bad experiences with doctors in the past but Dr. Topo and the entire staff were so wonderful, Ive since switched him to my primary doctor. The staff is so friendly. The facility is clean and Ive never waited more than five minutes to be seen. Dr. Topo takes his time and really listens to me. The online patient portal is so simple and effective to use. I can send messages to my doctor, request prescription refills and ask general questions about my insurance. I always get a response within hours. I wish more places were like this. Its such a relief to find a good doctor.

Sierra Doctors Medical Group has been providing me and my family with great care for over 20 years. Recently, I had an urgent care need so I walked in to be seen. Historically there has been a bit of a wait, but this time I walked right in and was checked in and brought back immediately. The same person who checked me in took me back and got me ready for my doctor. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. They have always had the best doctors and PAs, but now it seems as if they have fixed the wait times as well. I highly recommend Sierra Doctors for both primary care and urgent care to anyone in the Auburn or surrounding areas.

They are so patient with me. I know Im a pain. I hate taking meds. The explain everything to me, and make sure I understand. They have great follow up. They always accommodate, they have taken me in on emergency many times. Plus they have, l everything right there. And they are growing with the techno worls. Now you can make appointment online, and pre check in. They have taken care of our whole family for near two years. Wonderful place to go...even if its because you are sick.

I have been going to this medical facility for about 10 yrs. I see whoever is available and have always received good care. With or without an appointment the wait has been minimal or not at all. I continue to trust everyone on staff to meet my medical needs . They seem to always call for a followup the next day after a health issue to check on how I am doing. From the guys or gals out front to the care in back I see no reason for complaint.

Ive been wanting to leave a positive review for awhile now, but after just leaving Kaiser for my boyfriend, and being blown away at how horrible Kaiser treats their patients Im even more appreciative of Sierra Doctors. Topo and all the staff are true professionals that really care.
