I agree that the doctor is friendly and knowledgeable. He listens and does what is best for you. The staff he has leaves me wanting to look for another doctor, unfortunately there are very few doctors in the area that will take new patients at this time. The lab associated with this facility is poorly run. They feel they have the right to alter their schedule to fit their lifestyle. The manager of the lab is in my opinion a very unprofessional inidvidual.

The doctor only likes to treat unchallenging illnesses. The staff is plain rude. One staff member told me to just go to the emergency room because she didnt want to schedule an appointment for me for back pain. I dont think she was qualified to give out medical advice. Id stay away if I were you.

I use him exclusively for my doc. He is wonderful and listens to your problems. He is not a pill pusher like some doctor, and he is knowledgable in alternative treatment; like instead of suggesting cortizone shots for a bursa, he recommended ultrasound treatments.

Dr Lugo, Communicates well with patients and encourages feed back. Good follow up after appointments are the norm with Dr Lugo.
