I cant sing my praises enough about The Joint. It was possibly the best adjustment Ive ever had. Dr. Russell took the time to listen to my issues and explained everything he was doing. He even called me the next day to see how I was doing! Ive never had a doctor take that much care in a new client. I signed up for the membership after one appointment, I cant wait to go back for my next adjustment! Thank you so much Dr. Russell for making my back and neck feel so much better!

Paused my membership cause I couldnt afford it and what they didnt tell me is that the hold only lasts 3 months and I basically wasted 3 months I could have been using my membership had they actually notified me that my account was no longer on hold. I went through my voice mails and emails to find nothing. In the end they gave me passes to use for half of my missed visits so that at least made up for part of it.

I was hesitant to make the visit, but my body really needed it and now I am so glad I did. Dr Hartman is AWESOME! On my first visit he sat with me, talked with me and really made me feel comfortable. This was important to me because I didnt want to feel like just another appt. Ive referred several of my friends and I highly recommend you make the call or visit... hes great!

I cant say enough great things about Dr Hartman. I so appreciate the time he spent explaining and answering all of my questions. I had a lot of them! I had chronic back pain for over 2 years and neck pain and headaches for 5 years. Once I finally decided to see Dr. Hartman, I had my back and neck adjusted twice and have been pain free for 4 weeks now. Their rates are great and all their staff is warm and friendly. I highly recommend them if youre ready to be pain free!!
