Brought my son in for a filling, and he wasnt numbed well enough. While he cried, the dental tech chided him and told him it didnt hurt. If I didnt think it would have upset him more I would have removed him immediately. The week before, I got a more than routine cleaning for my first visit, desk clerk didnt bother to call and get authorization, and my insurance didnt cover the procedure. She didnt bother to tell me until AFTER the second procedure on their office, causing further expense. Im out $200 and her response...Ill be sure to check that in the future, its a learning experience for me. I said at my expense? She said well I did my best and immediately got defensive. Shes not the one out $200 and shes defensive? Will never go back again and will certainly just pay the out of network fee and go to Dr. Roach instead.

This has to be the worst I mean the WORST dentist office that there is. They are very unprofessional here. The place looks like a dirty used towel. Every time we come they keep on making another apt for us to come back. Its like they can never get it done the first time round. When you get in the dentist so so fast that it makes it seem like he has not even done anything. The cleaning that I got was basically non existent! I just have to switch to another place. It just has to be better than this one.

I absolutely love this dentist!! Dr. Sanford is the best. He does well with my girls and they are picky. The ladies up front always do whatever they can to get me an appointment that works with my schedule. They are always smiling and very friendly. Thank you!!
