Dr. Dogra & his entire staff are awesome! I have been going to Confident Smiles for 1 year & 8 months. I knew I would need SEVERAL extractions, and that absolutely terrified me. Only during my first few appointments did I feel the need for nitrous, due to my fear (completely based on previous dental work by a jack-in-the-box dentist!). Dr. Dogra and "The Girls" (Kelly, Carmen & Alana, along with others) are educated, kind, reassuring, gentle, and non-judgmental - I needed A LOT of work and knew I would be spending A LOT of time in "the chair". Boy, is that an understatement; at first, I was going in up to twice a week...but as the urgent needs subsided, visits were less frequent yet, still about once a month for a while. One of the first things Dr. Dogra did for me, was to fill in a gap I had between my two front/top teeth (I am not even sure he charged me for that)..it really did boost my "confidence" and it was at about that point that I realized Confident Smiles really is there, to create confident smiles...They had all earned my trust and I never needed nitrous again! But wait, it gets better...I have had probably three root canals, seven or so extractions, a bridge put in, a few crowns, and a partial along the bottom/front. Did I mention Dr. Dogra does basically pain free extractions & root canals? He does! He always makes sure I am numb and pain free. He is like a miracle worker. I rarely even need a tylenol afterwards.. All of the work he has done for me is like perfection...everything fits well, is durable and best of all, his costs fit right in to a tight budget. Worth every dollar! Although we no longer live in Midtown, it is well worth the drive...I actually look forward to my appointments because I know they are there to create beautiful smiles. I recommend them so highly, my husband goes to them as well. I am going back for some more work in the next few months, and when it is all said & done, I will updated this review with a photo - of my Confident Smile. Love Love Roxanne

I went to Dr. Dogra for a filling and I was very pleased with his work. I used to be a patient of Dr. Jo, prior to him having Dr. Dogra take over his practice. I am happy to report that its hard to tell theres even been a change. Dogra is very personable, helpful and patient. He took one look at my tooth and agreed it needed a replacement filling - I was expecting the usual "It needs more work than it really does" BS that so many dentists are quick to do. He didnt try to sell me a crown or anything I didnt need. He was even able to fill my filling that very same day! When he first started drilling I could feel pain and he stopped immediately and gave me more Novocain and waited a few minutes to begin again. His work is pristine, I used to have a lot of problems with that filling (it was not Dr. Jos work) but I have a feeling this filling is going to be a breeze. Its barely been 24 hours and I have zero sensitivity on that side and my bite is back to normal. Dr. Dogras staff is very nice and helpful, too. My dental insurance is crappy and I didnt want to use anyone in my network, they were very nice and upfront about the charges and I was pleased to find them extremely reasonable. I will absolutely be continuing my care with Dr. Dogra, this office is a rare find in midtown.

What a wonderful dental office! Not only does the inside look great, but the smiles on all the friendly staff do as well! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful and made my visit feel very welcomed. They even gave me a little present for becoming a new patient of theirs! The hygienist was funny and kept me smiling. She cleaned my teeth with great care-- she was gentle, ask a lot of questions, and gave me feedback. Bragging moment: Im glad to say that I dont have any cavities!!! Woohoo! The dentist was also-- yup! You guested it-- very friendly! He didnt seem like he was in a hurry or rushing me. He took the time to talk to me and answer any questions I had. I feel very comfortable here and will definitely be returning. If you decide to check them out, I can assure you that you will NOT be disappointed!

After 7 years of not going to the dentist, I was a little reluctant to schedule an appointment. Ive had some horrible dental experiences caused by orthodontic malpractice, which caused trauma to two bottom teeth, eventually leading to numerous procedures, root canals, and a tooth extraction. I had been having some sensitivity to cold and decided to schedule an appointment. Everyone here is very welcoming and attentive to your needs and concerns. Dr. Dogra noticed a flaw in my root canal which was causing the sensitivity - something that was never brought to my attention by a dentist before. He assured me and that they would keep watching that tooth and that Im cavity free. I scheduled my next appointment without hesitation and would recommend Confident Smiles to anyone!

Confident Smiles certainly made me smile today. As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted with two smiling faces. The front office ladies, Alina and Carmen are so kind and helpful. I really appreciated the text reminder. The office is very comfortable, clean and pleasant. My hygienist, Tina, was very gentle and thorough, which says a lot considering weve been searching unsuccessfully for a new dentist for just over a year. My teeth were very dirty and it still went very smoothly and my teeth feel and look beautiful again. Dr. Dogra was very informative and friendly and seemed to really enjoy his work. I had such a good experience here I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist. Thank you!

Dr. Dogra and his staff took good care of me. They accommodated my difficult schedule quickly and kindly and made establishing care simple and easy. Cheerful and conscientious in their approach, they described their findings, cleaned without judgment, and reviewed imaging taken. Treatment options and their risks and benefits were given concisely and without pressure. They took the time and made the effort to explain the differences or lack thereof among common store dental products and illustrated how to optimize their use. For new patients, they provided a small, thoughtful gift package with a letter from the doctor for honest feedback directly and through Google. I am happy to be one of their patients.

Outstanding service and dental care. I made an appointment as a new client and when I showed up, an error somewhere had resulted in my appointment not being on the office calendar. Dr. Dogras staff acknowledged that fact and then worked quickly, politely, and efficiently to make sure I was still able to be seen while I was there. The dental visit itself was great--an informative and professional experience with the technician, hygienist, and dentist. I am impressed with the practice and will encourage friends and family to receive treatment here.

This is by far my best experience at the dentist! I waited a long time to go back to a dentist after years of neglect, and they didnt judge, set up a plan for my cavities and fillings, got me set up with teeth bleaching and now Im saving up for veneers. What a great relief because the anxiety of not going for so long is haunting and now I realize it is unnecessary. I have sent friends and family here its great. Its a midtown Victorian converted to dentist office. Very clean but not super clinical, feels comfortable. I love this place
