Numerous calls to them and I kept getting a voice mail during the business hours stated on their web site. I finally gave in and left a message asking for a return call. I was already upset by the employees failing to answer the phone so I gave them 30 minutes to call me. An hour later I get a call from them with a girl saying if I wanted to call them again, I could. Wow, thank you for the permission to utilize patronize your company and by the way, you forgot to apology for failure to answer your phones time and time again after I reluctantly expressed my frustration on your voice mail. This area has many Optometry offices. I can find one that actually answers the calls and apologizes when they make a mistake. I hate to say it but, they cant see past their own noses.

I called their office recently and told them that I had a bad eye infection and would need prescription drops. They set me up an appointment right away. I went in, they took one look at my eye and said that I had an infection and needed to see someone else. To top it off I got a $75 bill for the referral. The doctor did exactly what I told Granada Hills Optometry Center that I needed in the first place. Gave me a prescription for drops and sent me on my way. If you do not offer a service, do not claim that you do.

The wait was too long but the results were excellent. I liked the technology that was used and that the latest technology was employed. The doctor was very friendly and communicative. The optician tho was fabulous. She really knew her business and helped me chose lenses. She was innovative in her solving measurement problems (progressive lenses) and she was able to make decisions without needing approval from higher up. And everyone acted and dressed like a professional.

Ive been going to Dr. Melnik at Granada Hills Optometry Center for many years. I could get a free eye exam through my medical insurance at their own facility, but I would sooner pay for it myself at GHOC. I believe they have the best equipment and experienced staff to make sure my eyes are healthy and that my glasses fit and are comfortable. Very nice, professional and friendly people. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have been to several different optometrists before, but this one is definitely the best! The staff and doctors are extremely friendly and helpful. For once, a doctor actually took the time to explain to me what my eye condition was. The exams conducted are extensive so you know you are getting a detailed diagnostic. I would most definitely recommend this optometry center.

I have been going to Dr. Melnik for over 30 years and he has taken extremely good care of not only my eyes, but my fathers, mothers, husbands and friends too. All of us have been very pleased with him and his staff present and past (who used to be only Mary, bless her soul). Thank you all!

Fantastic, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Leser was great and answered all my questions. I thought I had serious eye problem but he was great in letting me know what was going on, a big relief. I highly recommend the Granada Hills Optometry Center.
