"Receptionist" or should I call more appropriately Greeting Rodeo Clown, who I will aka as TIFFANY was very rude with immense lack of professionalism who I sincerely think that ruins the image of such respected Doctor as Dr. Song is. Her first impression does not represent the excellent and professional manners that the rest of the staff gave. Edgar very polite and prompt. Ivette with such bubbly attude, and Tere with her patience and eagerness to help Patients in their needs. And although I dont recall by heart the names of the physicians who attended us and the foot specialist, they are amazing. Unfortunate for me to have had to deal with that unpleasant individual. Only helps who she wants and when she wants, and has no respect for her coworkers. Ps. Tiffany you old, please start wearing profesional attire and age appropriate thank you -sincerely, my eyes

Dont go to this place, neither working staff nor doctor care about their patience. Bad customer service, extremely short office visit time (less than 2 minutes) but long waiting. Ignorance of patiences referral even urgent referrals. They dont answer the phone or put you on more than 30 minutes hold time till you hung up yourself. Never been to any doctors office so irresponsible like this one. Front desk lady Elanda is very rude.

Administration has been horrible. No follow up or organization. Complained about it to the Doctor n he didnt care. I filed a grievance n switched doctors. Worst part is I was referred here. Even letting them the Dr. know I was a referral made no difference. THIS PLACE DOESNT CARE. NIGHTMARE !

The front desk could have been a little more organized, but as far as the back office was very professional fast and very polite! Dr. Song himself is very respectful, efficient, thorough and nice! I would definitely continue to see him and would definitely recommend him to friends and family!
