I have never been so pleased with any customer service that I receive here at Dr. Kims office!!! I walk in every appointment with a warm welcome and ALWAYS leave with a smile. My family and I have been coming here for over 10 years and I have never thought about going elsewhere! I will be getting my braces off very soon and I cant begin to explain how SATISFIED I am with my teeth! Sonia, Patty, and the rest of the team here at Dr. Kims office work INCREDIBLY well together!! Their communication and most importantly their professionalism has always been exceptional! I ENCOURAGE anyone seeking for dental care to come to Dr. Kims office. I went in for some major dental work. He was really poor with instructions for a dentist, didnt tell me basic things like dont eat for 2 hours. I almost felt he was anti-social which is not good for this field. I felt he made me come back way more times to finish than it should have actually taken (confirmed by other dentists I saw) & it was agonizing because I felt a lot of pain from his drill cause he didnt use enough Novocaine (even insisted I didnt need any). When I told him he was hurting me he would only stop & tell me to come back later which was inconsiderate. We finally finished after a few weeks but there certainly wont be a later except see you later!!
