A week ago I scheduled an appointment with smile care, soley because they are on the California Dental Network and can provide laughing gass. The experience was initially bad, we had a 7:45am appointment with an oral surgeon, we had thought that she needed a imple root extraction. After learning that the oral surgeon can do nothing without a referal from a general dentist, the receptionist scheduled us a 10 am appointment, that day. Long story short, yes the clinic was filled FULL of people, and very busy, yes we spent 7 hours there that day.....But....The fact is that we left the clinic after seeing 4 specialists, all whom had extraordinary communication, we where given a full comprehensive dental plan for fixing my girls mouth. For the first time in her life she has trust in a dental office. I must say, Im extreemly glad we "happened" upon this particular office and have to say that we WILL be back. Thumb up. PS. We did NOT see the Indian dentist, or the old white guy who sharpens his tools while he waits in the corner....No joke.... But the ones we did see where AMAIZING!!! Tenz

I had an implant done at this dental office and they ended up having to do it twice because they goofed up the first time. They didnt charge me the 2nd time of course, but it meant practically another year waiting for it to set into my bone. Then I was given a follow up appt. after the 2nd time which was successful, btw. But the week of that appt., they cancelled it after I had to organize another persons schedule to take me there because I had broken my ankle. They said they would give me another appt. but never did. Now I recently needed to find out if they had taken full mouth X-rays in the last 5 years (for my new dentist). I called and left 4 messages over 1.5 weeks, and they never called me back. My 5th call they actually answered and were able to give me the info. Crazy. The only good thing was the dentist who did the implant surgery (not the one to fit the tooth to the implant) was really excellent - Oyang. Really nice man and very informative answering your questions. He gets a 5.

I usually dont write up reviews however the staff at this location is something to be commended and I wanted share this with others. Everybody here is always warm and welcoming. Cristine is very professional, courteous, accommodating and a burst of energy. She is very caring and takes the time to listen. Cristine has been a joy to work with. The whole family has been visiting this office for all our dental needs and have been pleased with the service. The doctors on site have always been kind and gentle. I also had the pleasure of working with Anna who handles the orthodontist department and have been very pleased with her level of experience and is very knowledgeable. She is very nice and always helpful. The entire staff at this facility has excellent customer service. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate this place a 12. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Literally the worse dental office I been to. My first appt was not too bad although I was waiting for my x ray results for about an hour. (I understand if its busy, so that did not affect my review). They said I needed a few teeth removed, and scheduled me the next closest appt. (a month away). 18 hours before the appt they called to tell me the appt was cancelled and rescheduled for August 19th two weeks later. Was a little Irate since it is really hard for me to take time off work let alone afford to take time off. Well the 19th rolls around and I got no appt confirmation nor an appt scheduled. They said somehow it did not get scheduled, so I will have to wait until Sept 2nd to get an appt scheduled for October. I will take my chances else where to hopefully get an appt before 3 months have passed.

This is my first visit to this dental office. For the most part every one from the desk clerks, the assistance and the doctor were all very nice, professional and seemed to truly care about my comfort. They continuously asked if I was okay, told me step by step exactly what was going on, and the charges were very reasonable for the amount of work I had to have done. Im not looking forward to getting more dental work done but I feel very pleased with fact that I can truly trust my doctor to have my best interest at heart.

Our family has been going to Smilecare for over 5 years. They are a friendly group who will remeber your name, and childrens names. They have a soft touch no nonesense approach to Dentistry.Dr.Fred Ou-Yang is a great Dentist, he has always treated me with respect, I trust him. I have had severe dental problems and Dr. Yang always Helped! This is my faovite office (hayward). Take your Family and go there, my 11 year old son will soon be having Orthodontic treatment and Im very excited.

As a parent, I highly recommend this place for your kids. Cristine works the office and goes above and beyond to ensure that the appointments are convenient and that you stay on track with your appointments. Michael is our ortho and he ensures that the job is done right. They are polite, convenient and take their jobs very seriously. There is an obvious focus on customer service. Excellent place. 5 stars.

Dr. Aouse Khalil has been my dentist for years. Very gentle, knowledgeable and you dont get that pushy vibe a lot of dentists tend to give off. The only draw back is that this office he recently started working at sort of lacks privacy as rooms arent well separated. But what the heck, if thats the only problem I have to deal with, I can live with that. I trust my dentist and thats rare.

Very bad place the only thing they do is remove your money to your insurance pass consultations and the first thing they talk about how much you have to pay is a robbery that place in the personal I had bad experience so I look for another dentist and totally different do not make me pay My insurance covers everything

I went to smilecare and paid the amount they asked for. 6 months after the visit I got a bill from collection for unpaid bill again. When I called smilecare they told me I am being charged because I did not paid and i have to pay even though I have already paid. This is fraud. Do not go to these people.

They told me to come after a month for my wisdom tooth removal and when I called later they said I did not have any appointment and told me to go to a hospital. Improvise your bookkeeping smilecare-hayward. You should it be loosing your patients x rays, apointment info and their records.

The staff is great. The team Works hard. They show you great respect and answer all your questions. Cristine took over the office and shes doing a great job I take all my kids here for general and braces. Thanks team Hayward you ALL are amazing

Every time I call there, once I start explaining my situation they hang up. And I mean every time. Christine just hung up on me. And when I called back, they didnt answer their phone.
