Im so happy to give a glowing review of the Tickner Tooth Team. I previously worked as a dental assistant for my father, so I have insight in recognizing a quality dental practice. I can confidently say that this office has the highest level of caring professionalism. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Dr. Tickner has excellent dental and people skills, but most importantly, he always has his eye on the "big picture" for the most thorough, affordable, and preventative dental care for me. He also has a very light touch with Novocain injections, they are practically painless. Debbie has been my wonderful hygienist for 20 years, and the rest of the staff are all gems: warm professionals who clearly make patients the priority.

Walter Tickner, DDS is more than a skilled, caring, thorough, experienced, and patient dentist. He is a gentle, sensitive, and warm human being who goes the whole 9 yards all the time. I have been seeing dentists since the 1950s; and Dr. Tickner is the best ever. I have complete confidence in his opinion and his comprehensive work. The travel time from El Cerrito is well worth my extra effort.

You cannot get any better than the Tickner Tooth Team! Debi is the best hygienist ever, and this is coming from one of the worlds top scare-dee-cats when it comes to going to the dentist. When my husband had a bad fall and chipped some teeth they fit him in immediately and cleaned up his wounds and took amazing care of him. They really are the BEST!

I hate going to the dentist and as a result had a mouth full of problems. Dr. T and his staff helped me (Im 60) finally feel comfortable. So comfortable one day I fell asleep in the chair! You cant get a better recommendation then that!. If there was 10000000 stars I would select that instead of just a 5.
